Can somebody help me explain my "dream" where i was fully concsious???

im 24 and ive been having sleep paralysis since i was about 14, happens all the time, its sucks but i got used to it, very interesting things have happened to me before, im pretty sure i had a OBE 2 years ago i had a few nothing major just hovering and seeing myself sleepin stuff like that.

jus now something new n wierd happened. I was having quick dreams where i would notice im dreaming then "wake up" but still be dreaming.

I live in a small studio apt. VERY SMALL and when i would be "dreaming" i was in this studio but the only thing that was the same was the bed i kept "waking up" in. Now to the dream

i walk off the bed up to the door cuz its dark outside when i know the sun is supposed to be out. My door has a window with blinds so when i peek thru the blinds i see nothing but very sunny woods and leaves all over and a small porch, right now in front its a semi urban street and no porch jus 2 steps.
As my face is right up to the window somebody knocks real loud about 3 times and scares me and i let out a quick yell then stood back to see the shadow shape of a person thru the blinds on the other side standing waiting for the door to be answered. Then i "wake up" again.

so now i KNOW that im dreaming, and i look towards the door immediately, theres a mirror on the walll next to the door, i have 2 reflections, but one reflection is standin next to the first one and not even in the mirror anymore, i think it was me then the clothes on him transformed to a style i would never wear and it walked off. im walkin on my bed crouchin for some reason and am about to approach the mirror when i quickly look to my left.

now this is the part i cant stop thinkin about, it was defenitely my studio but instead of where my computer would be i see a short dresser maybe and a wall or mirror full and completely covered with pictures, letters, calendars etc. of course im completely conscious so i try to make out people in the pictures or words in the writings. The furthest i could get with the words was people using different color inks, markers maybe but when i went to focus on a word it would disappear, not everything but only the point i focused on, and when focused somewhere else it would come back. so that intriqued me n i realized i wasnt gonna be able to get words but noticed that when somethin i looked at came back it would come back different. different picture or different word.

then i look up to see a "poster" of a model that had showed up in a bikini, so of course i focused on it and this is where the wierdest thing.

picture a calendar being flipped really fast, in either direction page up or page down. Well everytime i gestured my head, it flipped, and i got a new picture, funny that it was porn mostly, then they became mini videos that were moving in fast forward style then stoppin, one little nod of my head and it would flip again, i was controllin the flips.

now the whole time im aware that im in some other world, so im really excited the whole time, it was unbelievable, theres alot more to it that i cant remember now i shoulda wrote this right away. but i guess i got so excited cuz when i was lookin at the "calendar" i woke up. The only image i could see from all the pictures by looking indirectly was of a kid my age and it seemed modern day defenitely.

and no point was any of this scary...


the whole thing got me puzzled and i tried to fall back asleep but guess i was too excited and couldnt.

all i could think is of the movie matrix, glitch? not seriously but anybody can help me explain what that was?? jus my inner mind?

but what you described sounds like sleep paralysis, what were previous sleep paralysis experiences like? I guess you have nevered experienced anything similar to this experience, but it would help to know what you have felt before.

not sure if this is related but after i woke up for real i was tryin to sleep and furthest i got was closing my eyes and seeing a image of a white cop in black police gear, about 30 seconds later a commercial came on tv that showed the same uniform but it was a black cop crouched over.

was that some kinda esp thing???

in sleep paralysis i usually have trouble moving in the dream but i manage to literally slip out of bed sometimes thinking i may be awake, sometimes im still not sure if im awake or sleeping.

2 years ago i was waking up seeing "ghosts" but not scary ones then i hovered above myself and flew across the hallway to n thru the door outside before waking up.

i CONSTANTLY have dreams where im in my studio but its different but they are actually dreams, this time it wasnt...

and this time i felt no paralysis, i was able to move freely with no problem, there was a whole "slow" feel to my movements..
