Special Counsel Jack Smith says what he found during his 3 year investigation of former President Trump's activities is horrific!

In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland sent Monday January 6th, Trump’s lawyers said they were allowed to review Smith’s report in the criminal case in which Trump was charged with conspiring to keep classified documents after he left office.

They threatened legal action if it is released, noting Smith’s findings include strongly worded allegations that Trump “engaged in an unprecedented criminal effort” and describe him as “the head of the criminal conspiracies.”

obtaining classified documents, selling influence, using your kid as the bag man. Yea, for some reason that just sounds a little familiar. I sure hope nobody looks into that with clear eyes, and removed obstruction. Finding out the left was not just wrong, but wildly easy to manipulate, and be used as cheap tools might be too much for some to take. It might be best to just let bygones be... or not.

Your statement is total BS.

Smith took the charges to a DC grand jury, got indictments, and brought charges against Trump in Judge Chutkan’s DC district court in 2023. The Supreme Court reviewed the case, gave it back to the district court and ordered Judge Chatkan to proceed.

The case was dismissed a couple of months ago at Smith’s request after Trump won the election because of the DOJ policy of not pursuing charges against a POTUS. If Trump had not won, the case would still be going.

if Trump had lost, the case would be dropped as well. Even the slow kids on the short bus know all these charges and cases were brought for the single reason of making Trump unelectable. If he lost, they got what they wanted, and would find no benefit in convicting him for silly process crimes as they have thus far.

But I get that all the good lefties who suck the toes, will continue gobbling up the toejam and TOE the line for the narrative.

The whole case and investigation was a whole bunch of crap, it was never going to stick, that's why it was dropped, plain and simple.

The supreme court knew this and that is why it gave it back to see how far it would go.

It was getting hard to find democrat backed by soros judges to pursue the case and while killing their own careers.

SCOTUS is going to stay the Friday sentencing because those lower court judges didn’t do what they were mandated to do when SCOTUS kicked it back down to them.

Release the report. What harm would it do, since Trump is innocent and has no secrets to guard? Suppressing it can only send the opposite message to constituents and audiences abroad.

Why exactly do you think it’s a good idea to release for publicity a hyper partisan hit job on the incoming POTUS? Or anybody.

Protip:
