This action by President Trump (and his AG) was taken after his press briefing, where he told reporters, "I've caught the deep state...ALL OF THEM." And, he had been cheated out of the White House by Biden's "Election Fraud Organization".

Trump was counting on using this enhanced Federal execution system after the Jan 6th certification of Joe Biden was halted, and the organized election fraud exposed, a few days later. (The "them", in "I caught them all" were to be exposed and staged for treason trials.)

Since Pelosi/Biden/Obama/Schumer/Milley and others successfully triggered events that prevented the certification of Joe Biden from being delayed past January 6, 2021, Donald Trump had to attempt to be elected President again. At that point, (delayed) justice, retribution, payback would be implemented.

We will know within the next 30 days if my interpretation of spoken words and actions by numerous individuals since October 2020 is partially, or wholly correct, or not correct at all.

Yeah, I'll say... Embarrassing to hear a general talk this way. I doubt he knows how transparent it is. Matt Gaetz is even looking in disbelief at such rubbish being spoken by Milley. He's pandering to the suits in power of DEI, WEF, anyone who will applaud him secretly hoping to gain some power of a defense for when Trump is in. Buying his defense with words.

No, haven't seen anything yet, have you? The OP said claim, I am following this claim just as, apparently, you are. If and when I see something I will post it. I didn't make the claim but I am certainly interested in it as I believe jan 6th was a set up and have seen a lot of supporting evidence that it was. If General Mark Milley was part of that effort to set up the protesters in an effort to disqualify Trump from running for president again, then he should be exposed and held accountable.

I will keep an eye out, I do agree that we should get an update today. The reporter from TheBlaze said they were forthcoming. I saw a picture, from a story of his at the blaze website he had some pictures from a different protest where a backpack looked to have such a weapon and a video with audible sound being played. Not sure how any picture would implicate General Milley but I would like to see Steve Baker's claims.

If it is an LRAD, the smallest ones I can find are vehicle mounted and voice microphone and message playback. They are a super bullhorn or megaphone. Just for talking to a crowd.

I dont even think the weaponized ones can be carried by one peeson. I was expecting something mounted on top of some vehicle.

I do have a belt mounted one I bought on eBay. It will rattle windows in a large room with music. They are sold as mini pa systems. Very much louder than a bluetooth speaker. It would compete with any magaphone and is as small as a walkman.

So far I am unimpress with the clames of a directed energy weapon. We can both keep looking I guess.

Well, based on his history with the intel community, being an investigative reporter, I will give him a couple days. I do appreciate your point of view though however I have my expectations tempered somewhat. If there were these energy weapons deployed at the capital on Jan 6th then they were almost certainly used subaudible based on the results. Irregardless, let's give Mr. Baker an extra day or two. That's where I am.

Oh, the 5 cycle generator I spoke of above was in several peaces. The biggest two were the subwoofers the size of refrigerators. Not your typical carry around boombox item.
