IDK. Heads roll in various ways.
Politically...
Obama is finished, Pelosi is finished, Biden is finished, Harris is finished, Hillary is finished, Liz Cheney is finished...CNN is finished, MSNBC is finished...and that's just in the US.

ALL of this is due to Trump.

Well, I think that depends on two things.

1. Is there going to be actual investigations or actions taken?

2. How his second term plays out.

So when Biden won in 2020, the left was convinced Trump was done. But Biden proved to have a horrible presidency, so the pendulum swung once again.

If Trump has a stellar second term, I could see America leaning more into the right and or populism. But if his term looks like the first one, I wouldn’t be surprised if the populace went toward a more establishment politician to look for change.

We would need new laws to establish a mechanism for a national referendum. I don't see those laws passing because everyone in Congress knows that it would cost them dearly. They would essentially be voting those issues into power; since they don't vote on them now, why would they want us to have a vote on them?

Because Congress is the problem in the US. Not the POTUS. They have been bending the public over since Woodrow Wilson changed the landscape. It is time for another shake up like that.

The US government tried to kill him. On National TV. This, to me, was the watershed moment for our country. A lot changed that day. It is not about MAGA folks, it is about the leadership in our country.

...

This bears repeating! Even bears being shouted from every rooftop. One of the most astonishing chains of events ever in my lifetime.

And regardless how any person might try to frame it otherwise, it's TRUE!

We just had 4 years of a POTUS who was not in charge. The things that happened are atrocious. When these things come out there will be no need for Trump to go after anyone. If the correct people are appointed they will do it for him.

While I agree one hundred percent I will need to see Trump's administration take action against those responsible in accordance with these facts.
I need to see those who recklessly tried to shame, defame and embarrass Trump from running for president-those who tried to bankrupt him steal his properties and have him imprisoned to keep him from running and those who brazingly-like you said-tried to kill him, assassinate him on National TV. I need to see Trump make all those peoples lives a living hell, otherwise they will just do it again to the next guy they don't want to be president, and most likely succeed. Trump can fullfill all the campaign requirements while at the same time make those people accountable.
It's really pathetic how the legacy media keeps asking him if he'll get back at those people, like they know payback would be brutal. If Trump doesn't do this it will have a negative effect in short time, they will all be emboldened. Trump is ok to want this once the FACTS are made public.

As long as the swamp creatures keep getting exposed for what they are, is enough for me to keep me happy.

More and more voters are understanding exactly what Trump is been trying to tell them about the swamp, how powerful, how resultful and how they are intermixed with a group of very powerful and filthy rich individuals that has been helping democrats launder taxpayer money for their personal coffers.

The worst was the assassination attempt of Trump, this was the last drop for regular American voters.

Trump never got to pay the national debt down although he did say that was going to be in his second term. Aside from that what was so bad with Trump's first term? Covid-19, leaving alone all speculation of origions and nefarious intent, Covid-19 was not a negative against Trump it was a "once in a hundred years" virus at worst. I think Trump did great in his first term- all while having two partisan impeachments and a nasy media. Trump didn't have notecards with paddycake pre arrainged questions like Biden did. Trump had to fight the media, dem and rinos every step of the way and still delivered in my opinion.

His first term was nuanced, not all bad.

He made headway on decoupling the US from China, something that proved to be a top priority with COVID. The US kept that posture after he left, so he gets a lot of that credit.

That said, one thing people forget is just the optics too. For people that like Trump, it’s easy to dismiss some of the chaos in the cabinet or hyperbole that gets said/tweeted.

But there is a portion of the population that aren’t going to vote on policy, but rather “vibes”.

I don’t think anyone expects Trump to become a typical statesman, but if he took some of his lessons from the first term and refined his approach, I think he could be a lot more effective and well received.

That said, so far, he does seem to have a different approach which leads me to believe that may be the case. Also, there’s a certain level of normalization that comes from people being familiar with it. So that works in his favor as well.

But he’ll have to deliver too. If he does, I think it changes the game. But if it’s a mediocre or bad term, again, I could see people just trying something else next time around.

I only hope there are enough people in the world who are perceptive enough to realize the implications of the crossroads we are at. When corruption is minimal, you can get away with ignoring it without much consequence. You can go about your day to day life of the earning/spending cycle uninterrupted. But corruption doesn't remain minimal, it keeps growing exponentially. It reaches levels where it's no longer sustainable. You can't continue pretending that if you ignore it then it will go away. It won't. If Trump doesn't deal with the corruption, it's going to keep growing until the whole system self-destructs. People have to choose, rip off the bandaid and face the corruption now, or face it later when the damage will have accrued and the pain will be much worse.

I agree with you here, Trump must publicly show the results of any investigation, indictments, and procesute all those who broke the law. Starting with the witness tampering and destruction of evidence by the Jan 6th committee members. All the lawfare needs to be addressed, conflict of interest and coordination with White House. So much more like pulling security clearence of 51 intel officers who misled and interfered with 2020 election. The Secret Service needs an enima. And more I am surely forgetting. If Trump does not prosecute those who have committed crimes than the backlash effect on the populous will be brutal and lawfare will become the new standard.
