The United States has sent $3.4 billion in additional budget aid to Ukraine, giving the war-torn country critical resources amid intensifying Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilians and infrastructure, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said on Monday.
Yellen said in a statement the direct budget assistance, provided in coordination with the U.S. Agency for International Development and the State Department, marked the final disbursement under the 2024 Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act.
A U.S. official said the funding brings the total in U.S. budget aid to Ukraine to just over $30 billion since Russia'sinvasion in February 2022. Most of those funds are used to keep Ukraine's government running by paying salaries to teachers and other state employees.

Proof and statistics might help your arguments.

looks like tax revenue and non-tax revenue has increased from 2022 to 2023 (as an example)

While tax revenue's took a understandable hit in 2022, the year of Russia's invasion, it has since risen once more above 2021 levels as the economy was adjusting and taxes rose to pay for the war effort, but also simply due to inflation. The Ukrainian parliament yesterday also increased the war-time tax of 1.5 percent to 5 percent, the biggest tax hike since the start of the conflict. Taxes on the profits of banks and other financial institutions also rose retroactively from the beginning of the year.

It’s our problem because we signed an agreement with them that we would help them defend themselves against invasion by Russia if they gave up their nuclear weapons. They did give them up, Russia invaded, so we’re keeping our end of the deal.
I was in a conversation today about the accomplishments of this administration and neither of us could come up with anything that those two bleeps did that was good for the country. Harris’s appearance in Russia and the border came up as they were colossal failures like everything else they did.

Kamala was in Ukraine on a so called peace keeping mission 3 days before the war begun. She appears to have handled Ukraine just like she handled our border as Birder Tzar,
Is it even humanly possible to fail that miserably as a leader, without trully attempting to fail?
