I think so we seem to have a few anomalies happening at the same time, David Dubyne is predicting a five hundred to a thousand year cold blast coming down from the arctic, which will hammer the grid to a point of incompetence. If this cold goes as far as the Caribbean it should end up over Europe in a week and stuff their energy grid up as well.

You do not know that HARPP can only manifest its electrical energy in a near vacuum.
HARPP ionizes noble gasses in the ionosphere and has NO effect in any of the layers of the atmosphere below it, and certainly NOT on the Earth's surface as well, even though the electrical energy is radiated into the ionosphere from HARPP antennae on the Earth's surface.

Illuminating a neon tube by ionizing the noble gas neon, would be a good example.

HAARP attempted to radiate (ionize) the noble gasses in the ionosphere, modulate it with data and steer the energy around the Earth. It was not a major success.

It's not HAARP, that affects the ions in the atmosphere, not ground fogs.

Sulfur fog, sounds like a nano cloud to me, possible even manufacturer contaminated low air currents.

Use due diligence.

not to burst your bubble of excitement but its probably just ambient levels of pollution getting to the point that its starting to become visible, its been building up for centuries and all.
