This is why ALL illegals who live in the US must go

Of course we all know that every person who enters the US illegally has committed a crime simply by entering illegally however so many, on both sides of the debate, argue that the person who entered the country illegally can stay as long as they haven't or aren't committing other crimes as NYC mayor Eric Adams puts it


Now, here is the problem with this approach, this viewpoint. First thing is we have laws and crossing anywhere other than a port of entry is ILLEGAL, even for asylum seekers. Secondly, we have many people who immigrate and want to immigrate to the US, which by the way has the most welcoming and fair immigration laws in the world. Immigrating to the US must be done lawfully. Why would anyone immigrate legally and spend all the time, money and effort to learn our language and civics?

Endrina Bracho, a Venezuelan national who allegedly caused a December 2023 car crash that resulted in the death of 12-year-old Travis Wolfe in March, had been jailed since March on a $500,000 cash-only bond, per a report from First Alert 4 in Missouri.

Now, let's assume that this illegal immigrant-Endrina Bracho- has committed no crimes other than entering the country illegally. So, Eric Adams and many, many others say she can stay. Now, my point is without being able to read signs, legally work, know the law and civics or even drive safely these people who are here illegally are going to wreak havoc on our society one way or another. The argument that Endrina Bracho and other illegal immigrants like her who haven't committed any other crime should be allowed to stay is WRONG. Aside from the economic factors like overcrowding schools, hospital etc..the social assimulation factor is ignored and these instances are inevitable. They all must go and come into our country lawfully! We cannot just wait until something like this happens then deport them, we must be proactive and enforce immigration laws. How many horrible crimes were committed by illegal immigrants that were the first crime they ever committed here after crossing?
This way of thinking makes no sense at all. Even if we give Endrina Bracho the benefit of the doubt and assume she is a loving mother and good person how can she be expected to live in America without driving, working, sending her children to school and the doctors etc..and not speak or read english and to be provided public assistance. This whole experiment of open borders is so wrong and must stop. It is the most humane thing to do, deport all illegals!

The illegal immigrant allegedly drove the wrong way down Dunn Road in Missouri on Dec. 20, 2023, at 75 miles per hour — despite the speed limit being 40 miles per hour.

Bracho then allegedly crashed into a Jeep headed in the opposite direction, putting Wolfe into a coma — which lasted until his death on March 6 — and injuring two others, as well as injuring her own two children.

Same with committing a crime like entering a country illegally.

If an illegal needs to drive or work, without the correct documentation they will have to drive with no licence or misrepresent themselves to get a job.

Crime is contagious, the employer also becomes a criminal.

This is ripping apart the fabric of a lawful society and needs to stop.

As for hiring, yeah that’s also racist to ask for documentation that proves who you are so can drive and get a job and benefits. Things that I am required by law and have to do. It just makes sense.

Same with insurance. Just start denying coverage to people that you have insured for decades on everything from homes to automobiles because, honestly why bother. I mean illegal immigrants are gonna drive no matter what. I mean how else are they to get to that job they were illegally hired on for.

So far the US has been lucky. No major terrorist attack as of yet. Kind of why we have the laws in the first place. To keep track of who we let in, it's just that certain people think that is a problem. The whole let them all in mentality fostered by the left is to make up for the cities they control not to lose as much representation in the House of Representatives! Hence why they fight to make illegals count in the census. They all have entered illegally so why are we footing the bill? Don't tell me because of kindness, governments are not known for that.

US Government kicked this can down the road far too long. It's about time they do something about illegals in this country. Were a nation of laws or were not. If people want to come here, they should wait in line to be vetted, learn English language, be willing to embrace our traditions. No one with a criminal record allowed. If they commit any major crimes, they get deported after serving jail time here.

Trump administration should award any American citizen $20k, if information they provide leads to any business or contractor being busted employing illegals. That business/contractor should be fined $40k for each illegal, lose business license and mandatory 3 years in jail.

It's time for schools to e-verify child and parents are here legally before allowing the child to enroll into public schools.

Here's an easy way to sort out most of the illegals for deportation...

1. Proof of citizenship to receive any public assistance (i.e. food stamps, WIC, SNAP, etc.)

2. Proof of citizenship to receive medical care. Emergency care will still be rendered (to comply with the Hippocratic Oath), but persons will be detained for deportation following this care.

3. Prohibition of issuing any State Driver's License or ID without proof of citizenship* (or see below).

4. *Migrant workers to be issued temporary credentials, but these credentials expire annually and will clearly marked as to date of issue and expiration.

5. Green Card holders following a legal emigration path shall be exempted.

6. All illegal alien arrestee's, detainees (for cause) failing to prove citizenship will be moved to the nearest deportation center.

7. All illegal border jumpers deemed to have crossed the border after January 20th, 2025, shall be charged with Felony Trespass which, upon conviction, will prohibit them from ever voting in any future U.S. election (along with mandatory prison sentences). This will stop both the illegals, AND the Democrats who want the illegals to vote for them!

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly...given the failure of Mexico to stop the flood of illegal aliens, all illegal aliens determined to have crossed the southern border will be returned to Mexico, regardless of their country of origin. Deportee's shall be dropped off in the nearest Mexican city of convenience for US Customs and Border Protection.

This will end 75% of the illegal border crossing problem.

That is all.

To add to that list - Any company who hires illegals will be fined $10,000 per day per person for as long as they worked there.

If companies would stop hiring them, they would stop coming.

People won't enforce excessively draconian solutions and they may be prohibitively expensive, or just won't work.

For example, if we hadn't waited until there were 12 million in the country, controlling driver licenses might work but they are going to drive and most of them probably already have access to a car so what good would it do to ensure they can't know the laws or get insurance?

The employers who hire illegals might be the ones with enough cash in their lobbying to keep the laws as lax as they are as well as propagandizing the people through mass media.

Giving them a little SNAP until deportation would probably be a lot cheaper than keeping them all jailed. The violent felons from our society would have a field day while the jails were full.

They might be armed or arming and they might have the support of the locals in liberal places like sanctuary cities.

It's a shame none of the bleeding hearts are around anymore to give their deranged take on this.

I actually have no problem with the law abiding illegals staying here and contributing to society even though they broke the law coming here but I dont think we should let any more in at all.
They should be made to report to ICE on monthly basis to keep track of them and not reporting or any serious crimes committed being grounds for being dragged by the neck to the border and kicked out.

And zero F'ing taxpayer free rides anymore.

Build the wall better, seal it off, then drop them off across the border into Mexico. Mexico allowed them to travel through our border, they can surely have them travel back through.

Is Mexico considered a terrorist country by allowing the criminal invasions into the US, including drugs that followed and have killed thousands of US citizens?

This is why I never gave a crap about illegal migrants into the US. When some Americans began to complain about people here illegally the solution, it seemed to me, stared us right in the face. And it was just as you point out. Put heavy fines on the individuals and companies that hire them.

The reason as we all know is that illegal workers work for less pay than do citizens and legal immigrants. Many of those companies are only in business because the have to cheat to stay in business. They have to find the cheapest workers they can find.

This solution has always been in our faces. Democrats and Republicans alike who own or run these companies have knowingly cheated the American worker and undermined the laws of this nation for their own profit. And each time the issue of illegal migrants would come up, this footnote to illegal migration would be mentioned, but ONLY mentioned beneath the yelling of ILLEGALS, ILLEGALS.

So I quit caring about it as national and state leaders have ignored this simple solution for at least my entire adult life, and I"m almost eighty.

The U.S. shouldn't get mad at Mexico for letting non-Mexican citizens into Mexico, even if a majority of them come to the USA eventually.

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with sending a few million of those already here to the super-sanctuary state of California, and told to stay there, or leave the country.
