From your first link I noticed most payouts between 1999 and 2015 were nywhere from $45.6 thousand to $900 thousand - except the Bush years. 2002 was almot $4 million and 2006 was over $4 million. Those were some active years!

So true. Trump, Elon aren't even taking salaries. Most congress members are already millionaires and the have the best health insurance and pensions. How f'n greedy can they be? Pathetic, they all need to go.
