I personally can’t believe any partisan truly trusts their party leaders to have the average American’s best interest at heart.

Take a look at the inflation chart by year, debt chart, and any metric measuring the size of the middle class.

I don't trust any of them. The folks in congress-both the house and the senate- should be paid the mean salary for their district or state and get a bonus for balancing the budget and paying down our national debt. They should also pass bills that only focus on one law at a time. If they are too lazy to vote on each individual bill then they should resign. Too many tricky lawyers in congress.

That’s really their cash cow, which adds insult to injury when they are so adamant to pass the standards of living pay increase for themselves annually.

They’ll shut down the government if they don’t get their way with earmarks, but the pay increase gets passed without pause year after year.
