The reports are about Thermobaric Weapons being used outside their very limited agreed designated usage ( or it is a War Crime ) . And yes they do vaporize the human body quite nicely. With the heat being high enough to stop even DNA results being valid.

( and yes, tons of actual research done when they designed these weapons, so no hearsay on this topic )

Hamas is, once again, spinning lies.
There is no magic star trek faser (phaser) that vaporizes people being used in Gaza.

Not defending Hamas at all but there is nothing in the quotes provided in your link about ray guns.

It seems to be a rhetorical device used by the author to mock Hamas, not something they have actually claimed.
