This movie isn't for my demographic so I really don't care but from the talk I've heard this movie could be a total box office disaster.

Especially when the evil witch is supposed to be jealous of snow whites beauty..🤣

Rachel Zegler mainly but also originally they were going to do away with the Dwarfs because it stereotyped short people but after a rework because of the backlash they reversed the decision but rather than hire Dwarves they animated them , like actual Dwarfs don't need the money.

Rachel Zegler's ramblings about the original story of the Prince rescuing Snow White being "weird weird" before it's supposed release this year outed the Woke agenda" behind the film , we will see how far they went in March.

Disney went Woke and wants to remake all of the classics to be DEI POC friendly. That's fine, but why not use someone who actually represents people of color?

I heard they are remaking 'Time Bandits' without the little people. Have they got something against shortness or something? I thought they were inclusive, but apparently not if you are below the height limit.

I don't think the girl playing her is ugly, but she certainly doesn't fit the bill.

Yep, as an adaptation of the Brothers Grimm's fairy tale, this is how snow-white was described (my bolding):

It was the middle of winter, and the snow-flakes were falling like feathers from the sky, and a queen sat at her window working, and her embroidery-frame was of ebony. And as she worked, gazing at times out on the snow, she pricked her finger, and there fell from it three drops of blood on the snow. And when she saw how bright and red it looked, she said to herself, "Oh that I had a child as white as snow, as red as blood, and as black as the wood of the embroidery frame!" Not very long after she had a daughter, with a skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, and hair as black as ebony, and she was named Snow-white.

She's called Snow White because her innocence and pureness of heart.

Pretty sure Disney has other plans though. Quite a raging dumpster fire they're bringing off the old assembly line here.

In the German stories she is told that her skin is white as snow and her hair as black as ebony. The rest is woke changes to history so that nobody blue haired gets upset.

In the original Snow White story by the Brothers Grimm, Snow White does not wake up after eating the poisoned apple, meaning she remains in a perpetual sleep and is only displayed in a glass coffin unless a prince comes to kiss her and break the spell, which is not guaranteed in the original tale; unlike the Disney adaptation where the kiss always revives her.

Why can't they just make this version and piss all the kids off?

I think this movie is doomed to fail after all the negative press it’s already received. The actress is a complete idiot for saying some of the things she said about the movie, she’s basically been giving her own movie bad press, she’s not the brightest bulb.

Instead of having a man fall in love with snow white and save her snow white leads a rebellion to take back her father's kingdom, in the process saving the prince by breaking him out of jail.

I hope it bombs. The lead actress should be cancelled. I can't stand her. She has ruined anything good about this movie, also she does not fit the bill of Snow White, more like Snow Woke. I won't watch this not even when it's free.
