Would Democrats Be in Better Shape if They Had Replaced Joe Biden with Kamala Harris in July 2024.

On July 21, 2024, Democrat leaders Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, and Chuck Schumer forced President Joe Biden to remove himself from seeking re-election. But they left him as a lame duck impotent 1-Term President...guaranteed to be kicked out of the White House on Jan 20th 2025.

These Democrat leaders replaced Joe Biden with Kamala Harris, as their choice for the 2025-2029 U.S. President, and pitted her against Republican nominee, former U.S. President, Donald Trump.

What they (stupidly) didn't consider is how President Biden would resent being forcefully removed from seeking re-election. Naturally, Joe Biden reacted to this horrible treatment by doing what he could to tarnish the Democrat brand, and prevent Kamala Harris from winning on November 5th.

-Pre-Election Example - President Biden said he and Kamala are on the same page, then commences to label Trump supporters as "garbage".

Will Joe Cost Kamala the Election?: www.the-independent.com...

-Post-Election Example - President Biden pardons son Hunter, after vowing he wouldn't, and stating "Nobody's above the law", many many times.

Democrats say President Biden is Further Damaging the Democrat Brand!: www.thegatewaypundit.com...

------------

After Special Counsel HUR said President Biden was mentally unfit to stand trial for crimes he committed (Jan 2024), members of Congress were considering pursuing the removal of a clearly faltering Joe Biden from the Presidency, and replacing him with V.P. Kamala Harris...

President Biden has said that only the “Lord Almighty” could convince him not to seek reelection, but a constitutional amendment that Democrats called for invoking against President Trump three years ago, provides a path for Biden to be removed in an extraordinary act of Congress.

The 25th Amendment — a rarely used provision ratified in 1967 — lets an infirm or incapacitated president step aside permanently or temporarily, effectively handing power to the vice president. The amendment’s most politically fraught option allows for the vice president, a Cabinet majority and Congress to remove a president they agree is “unable to discharge” the powers of the office.

1.) Would KAMALA HARRIS have had a better chance of being elected President, if she had replaced Joe Biden as President on July 21st, instead of leaving him as President, complete with full command and exposure to the news media? IMO, resentment & verbal sabotage emanating from a former President who was removed for having advancing dementia, would not have been widely broadcasted by the news media.

2.) A Former President Biden could not pardon Hunter...thereby preventing the current damage being done to Democrats and their "brand".

In short, by leaving Joe Biden in office as U.S. President after jamming a knife in his back, Democrat leaders Pelosi, Obama, Schumer, and Harris have delivered catastrophic damage to their own party. 😨

2 million managed to clean up Harris a lot with the help of the MSM and keeping her hidden as much as possible, but the couldn't make her appealing enough to the majority anymore than they could with Hillary. She's just a dumb, annoying offensive person-even when she stifles the cackle.

Selecting Tim Walz as her running mate was a sure-fire guarantee to lose votes. That man has a monopoly on the creep factor.

No; Harris lost this election fare and square, all on her own with her lack of being able to appeal to the voters.

Kamala recieved resounding an overwhelming support by the Dems for reinforcing the the Joy Campain.

Every cheered, everyone clapped.

But the working class and middle class Americans won out.

Funny thing is, with the majority of my millenia friends of all classes and colors, the JOY campaign never took hold in their minds.

Even through it's incessent repetion, they still pissed and moaned and complained about everything under the sun.

Then they REALLY went into full blown schisms when Trump won the working class meidlle class American vote.

Shows how effective she is and influencing her younger demographics.

I heard Trumps name mentioned more by both parties than I ever did Kamala.

It got so bad we stopped driving on a road with the Harris namesake.

My Father in Law got so fed up with her he forbid us to take that road into town when we borrow the family car for provisions.

Now we have a "secret road" to get into town that's got more trees and traditional values.

It's more efficent and gets to the point faster and moree effective than that long windy twsty turny up and down and all around route we used to take.

We're saving gas, we're making better time, we're having better conversations on the road into town and peace of mind and there's more untouched nature and homesteads on our secret road than all the new subdivisions and storage units and if that isn't telling,I don't know what is.

It's almost poetic.

The Democrats would be in a much better position if they had let Trump win in 2020.

Funny how that worked out. They showed the people how bad they are and the people have spoken

OK...you're in the camp who feels Harris would have lost, and Democrats would be just as damaged, even if she totally replaced Joe as President in July 2024.

Got it.

You're eloquently describing why many of us predicted there would be ZERO riots if Kamala Harris lost to Donald Trump. Even liberals weren't excited by her. The media tried to pump Kamala up, but even they showed their true sentiments by not broadcasting much of the Democratic Convention.

If Trump had not been cheated out of being re-elected in 2020, who do you think this 2024 race would have been between?

Maybe PENCE vs SANDERS?

Democrats screwed up pushing Transgender crap and flooding the US with fake migrants. Americans are sick of Democrats trying to make it normal that a biological man can be a woman and pushing for schools to teach kids that they can change gender and use "proper" pronouns. Americans are sick of seeing our government waste billions on taking care of fake migrants. That money should go to help American citizens first.

The more Kamala spoke the more people realized what a dunce she is. I think it would have been worse. I think the real problem is that her handlers thought that just the fact she was POC was enough as they have built the cult of POC for many years/decades and were high on their own supply.

Lying can only work for so long and then after quite a while it only works on dummies that are not curious or people that are in on the swindle.

According to Chuck Tod the only reason Joe Biden won the first time is because the African American people he talks to are racist.

"Biden really should of already fallen, except there’s a whole bunch of nervous Democrats who think the way you are going to get rid of an old white guy — I’ve heard this from African-American voters — the only way you are going to get rid of that old white guy, is to run another old white guy against him. There’s a lot of voters who think that," Todd said.

No. Because of the disastrous Biden debate with Trump.

Between the time of that debate and election day and all that happened, how many voters do you think even remembered the debate?

No, it would have been worse. She would have run out of money sooner and the big reason she lost is she has a low IQ and can't even answer an underhand slow softball pitched type question. Every interview or rally she would lose 1 or 2 points. Their best bet to win would have been to pull Biden in for health reasons mid-Oct, and then just keep her away from a mic for a couple of weeks. It took a while to see her dim-witted patterns of speech and she could have pulled it off in just the two weeks to not show her true form.

Both are dead to the political world. No one liked Pence even for a second, his political career is over. He is too religious and boring as F.

I'm starting to think that America needed these last four years to wake up to the Democratic party going full batsh!t crazy on many levels. We lost 2020, but right now I think we are going to keep rolling for another 12 years at this pace. The Democrats have no talent to run in 2028. Many on the left see it too and complain about it.

I wouldn’t be too sure.

They both seem to be disconnected with the masses most of the time.

In all reality, both parties have only had one candidate in the 2000’s with real support and enthusiasm. Obama on the left, Trump on the right.

The left had:
Gore
Kerry
Hillary
Biden
Harris

The right had:
Bush Jr
McCain
Romney

The parties are more often out of touch than not. I think it will depend on how Trumps second term is perceived to be able to predict momentum going forward. I personally doubt the left will have a “good” candidate next time around, as they haven’t had a good one on any ticket in my life. But if public perception is disgruntled with Trump, they may protest vote against the right next time around.

Time will tell.

The Right has a lot of up-and-coming younger people who are extremely intelligent and articulate, and don't count out DeSantis either. What does the left have? Whitmer, Newsom, Berny again, Buttigieg? lol

I don’t think DeSantis will have any success on the national stage. He had an incredible opportunity as one of the few people that handled COVID in a different way, and seemed young and charismatic. But he got caught in too many culture war traps that distracted everyone away from his track record. Simply put, I just don’t think he’s a political operator at the national level. He kind of fizzled out on rookie mistakes.

I think Youngkin will likely be the next option on the right. He’s a solid pick, knows the game, just unsure if he’ll be able to command the energy.

You’re right about the left not having anyone in their farm team right now. They’ll probably have to pull a rabbit out if they want any chance, kind of like they did with Obama, a wild card.

But again, I think one of the biggest variables will be public perception on Trump. I think if he plays smart and handles it with a little more grace it’s the right’s to lose next time around. If it feels messy and chaotic people may vote for change.

The last few elections have only been won on thin margins. It doesn’t take much.

The only problem with DeSantis is he went up against Trump, and now it is an open field. We will see people within the Trump administration come to light in the next 4 years including his VP.
