President Biden pardons his son Hunter Biden

Not that anyone should be surprised...but, SURPRISE!

WASHINGTON — Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter Sunday night, a reversal for the president, who repeatedly said he would not use his executive authority to pardon his son or commute his sentence.

"I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice — and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision," Biden said in a statement issuing a "full and unconditional pardon."

HOW can you give a sweetheart pardon for crimes you've never been charged with? Does treason not matter if you're politically connected? Espionage? What if there are bodies in his closet full of skeletons; he gets a pass?

i'm thinking the conviction stands, he just skates on the punishment. that being the case i would think that anything linking the biden cartel to hunters business dealings could still be used against them .

What's even more screwy is this trusted FBI Informant (for 15 years) was arrested by the FBI last year, because he told Congress about crimes corruption, committed by Joe/Hunter, related to Ukraine and China. He was not supposed to tell anyone. So now he's being shafted good by Biden-Garland's DOJ/FBI.

Trump won't be going after Biden anymore than he did Hillary.

Frankly, I've had enough of billions in tax dollars being used to play ring-around-the-rosey with the legal system. We've had enough of that the last eight years, and it's obvious our 'checks and balances' have been sorely compromised and no longer work.

You can't change the government as radically as you're describing. Not without totally wiping it out and starting fresh.

To varying degrees, the party in charge of Congress and/or the White House make the rules while they are in charge. The Supreme Court rarely weighs in and reverses decisions made by Congress and/or the White House.

If Trump's DOJ wants to indict Joe Biden for violating National Security rules, there is noone who can stop them. The evidence has already been presented and catalogued. All that's needed now is simply to indict/arrest.
