I have taken a screenshot of the exact time the beam appears. Magnify it and you will see it bottom right and shooting towards the left.

It’s a light. Not a beam. Which could be a number of everyday things.

I think this might be an issue of your screen having lower contrast or brightness.
When I view it on my laptop I don't see a beam, but when I view it on my phone, I do.
The beam comes out of the bottom light though, not the brighter, top one.
It goes down diagonally from right to left.
It's kinda confusing to look at, but I do see a beam in the image.

Maybe so. But when I think of beam of light. I think of something that is like, crap that’s a bright and awesome beam of light piercing the dark.

It’s odd that an actual laser isn’t usually visible as a beam?

Now, those 3 different coloured lights gave me Star Trek thoughts. Maritime/naval terminology is used even with normal aircraft.
So those 3 lights show Port (red) Starboard (green/blue) and the white is the bow.
My conclusion to the X video is.... man made and probably an 'undisclosed'/secret military craft they are working on, even a drone of some sort.
But what the hell do I know lol!
