I have taken a screenshot of the exact time the beam appears. Magnify it and you will see it bottom right and shooting towards the left.

It’s a light. Not a beam. Which could be a number of everyday things.

I think this might be an issue of your screen having lower contrast or brightness.
When I view it on my laptop I don't see a beam, but when I view it on my phone, I do.
The beam comes out of the bottom light though, not the brighter, top one.
It goes down diagonally from right to left.
It's kinda confusing to look at, but I do see a beam in the image.

Maybe so. But when I think of beam of light. I think of something that is like, crap that’s a bright and awesome beam of light piercing the dark.

It’s odd that an actual laser isn’t usually visible as a beam?

Now, those 3 different coloured lights gave me Star Trek thoughts. Maritime/naval terminology is used even with normal aircraft.
So those 3 lights show Port (red) Starboard (green/blue) and the white is the bow.
My conclusion to the X video is.... man made and probably an 'undisclosed'/secret military craft they are working on, even a drone of some sort.
But what the hell do I know lol!

There’s two TFR’s, one over Picatinney arsenal Surface to 2,000 ft 4 NM radius. Ends Dec 26

The other is south/south west 16 miles away and only Surface to 1,000 ft and 2 NM radius ends Dec 20. I wonder what’s there.

Ohh by the way there’s going to a TFR for a rocket launch out of northern Maine in a few days, odd.

I Just heard that Trump cancelled a trip to Bedminster. This to me is kind of telling. He is POTUS elect so he is getting security briefings. If he is not wanting to go it tells us he feels unsafe especially if he is telling people to shoot them down.
