Mmmmm. No, not for the classified docs issue anyway. If the DOJ can bring down the Biden cartel for corruption, collusion in the 'pay to play' with foreign government officials, then YES, absolutely!

I think to go after Biden for the classified documents thing gives the appearance of chickensh!t payback, and comes off looking petty to the American people. The divide is already bad enough, a gesture of good will here would probably be a good thing.

Now, that said, if there is evidence that Biden used any of these documents to leak secrets or aid foreign governments, then he should definitely be charged for that, but that's not 'willfully retaining classified documents', but rather 'treason' and should be punished in full.

edit - Classification of government documents is a weird space legally. Trump would be wise to change the basis for classification of documents to strictly things which involve national security only. Right now, documents can be classified for a variety of other reasons, and in many cases get used to obscure / obfuscate wrong doing on the part of the president and high ranking officials. Presidents as a rule are allowed to retain certain documents after their term. Every president in recent history has done this. The line gets very grey when some of these documents are classified for reasons other than specifically national security.

You're forgetting that Joe Biden can tell who did what. The DOJ will not screw around with witnesses like Congress does. If Joe says, summon Hillary...she knows what Barack did, Hillary will be interviewed by the FBI within a few days.

Biden didn't just take them home illegally, he shared secrets from them, according to the year-long Special Counsel investigation. Most people (including me) don't read 388 page reports. We just want the important facts.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy helped to IMPEACH President Trump, because Trump wanted him to investigate the obvious Biden corruption inside his country.

As I clearly noted above in my reply; sharing classified information with unauthorized/foreign sources is a completely different issue than simply retaining documents. This is a far more serious crime, and if proven to be true then all of those guilty should be tried for sedition and/or treason.
