When President Joe Biden leaves office on January 20, 2025, should the incoming TRUMP Department of Justice move forward with charging Joe Biden for violating Title 18 U.S.C. 1924?...

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report states, including “documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan” and “handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods” that he kept in an unlocked drawer.

Since the incoming TRUMP Administration Attorney General (Pamela Bondi) says she will do her best to ensure federal laws are enforced equally and appropriately, it would (in several ways) send a bad signal to simply excuse/forgive Joe Biden for the many laws Special Counsel Robert Hur said he knowingly violated. RIGHT?

Absolutely! Prosecute everyone for crimes. As long as they aren't sitting in the seat of peak corruption, at the very top of the pyramid. Only execute them after their term of office.

Due to windows closing on prosecuting "older" crimes first (aka "limitation statutes"), after Biden is charged, the DOJ will need to quickly go back to exposing 2016-2017 Obama-Biden-Hillary crime bosses and the crimes they committed with various co-conspirators, including GCHQ in England.

In the interest of moving the PAF agenda forward as quickly as possible, because let's be honest, there's a ton of work to do and likely only 2 years (if that, cynical me thinks it's already stonewalled) before the machine takes its power back, I'd like to see a blanket pardon, followed up with an unredacted, full disclosure event that details ALL the players and actions. Everything.

Sort of a mass modern day public shaming/tar and feathering that leaves no doubt about who did what, where when and how.

"More of the same", ie endless investigations, court and media theatrics is certain to fail, we're already stuck in that loop. Its time to break free and make real, actual progress as a nation and world.

Anyone who knowingly takes home classified docs should be investigated and prosecuted. If a normal person were to do that they'd be in club fed. We should hold our elected officials to higher standards.

maybe blanket pardons, as far as serving time. but they should also receive hefty fines and restricted from ever serving in any office or job related to government be it city, county, state or federal. that includes head toilet scrubber, you know it's said some government officials tear up notes and records and try to flush them.

I think the career an especially public social repercussions would be significant. And highly entertaining!

I highly doubt anything happens to joe, I fully believe he turned over dirt to get his family taken care of.

Now whether anything comes of that, only time will tell.

Biden is already in Prison in his Head.
Locked away for life.
There's no Pardon or Parole from that Place.
