I've loved the Scorpions for a very long time. I'm just curious if anyone else likes them. (?)

They're getting older now, and we may not hear much from them going forward, but what an awesome concert band!

Back in my radio days, I met the Scorps on several occasions in SLC. A truly nice bunch of guys. They rocked! HARD!

I was saddened, and overjoyed, at the same time with... "Out with a BANG!"

Just tell me one other band can rock as hard as these guys do, decade after decade!

edit...Going out with a Bang is the first song....the rest is just, well, Scorpions.

pretty good band, even my 10 year old daughter just gave it her nod of approval. I am walking away for now, but she asked me to leave the concert on while she plays her game . I think you may have just created a new fan of the group!
I have only heard a couple of songs on the radio but I remember liking them when I saw the title.

Trust me...in an hour, she's gonna' be, on her feet, rockin' her head and givin' the two finger salute!

These guys rock harder than any other band most have ever seen!

In a live performance, they will out-rock even Van Halen, side by side! Seriously. I've seen them about (5) times, and the first time was in '83 at the US Festival. Van Halen followed them, and the Scorpions were tough to beat.

Love the Scorps. Been listening to them since the mid 70’s. My HS band played a lot of Scorpions stuff.

Love them!

Some member used to have scorpion lyrics in their signature.

It was from "the zoo".

There’s a really entertaining podcast that explored the possibility the song Wind of Change was a CIA operation.

The podcast is called Wind of Change, and like anything should be taken with a grain of salt.

But it’s thought provoking, and perfect if you have a lot of driving in your immediate future (anyone hitting the road for thanksgiving?)

I try to listen to things that keep me engaged rather than just music when I’m on the open road so I don’t zone out.

Absolutely wore the World Wide Live CD out back in the day... they seem severely underrated

I was thinking about going and seeing them in Vegas this coming March. May still do this, but I read recently that Matthias Jabs fell down some stairs and broke a bone in his foot, but worse broke his left pinky finger in two places requiring surgery to repair. That's his playing hand, so might be a stretch to get it healed in time for March. Without that finger the ear-splitting high notes Jabs is known for in his solos won't be possible.

Big fan of the Scorpions. I really like their remake of "Holiday" and "House Of The Rising Sun"

My really good friend adores the scorpions..... he said he was 3 years old when he first heard them... His much older brothers were trying to see what music he liked by changing the radio stations. When he heard the scorpions he said he was hooked.
