According to sources on X. The SCOTUS has agreed to hear the case "Brunson Vs Adams" and has reviewed it and reacted positively. They have reached an NDA with the principals and a lid is being put on it as the US military is moved around for the upcoming civil unrest that will result. The case says that the Biden administration and congress failed to act and investigate allegations of voter fraud in the last election. Supposedly if this is true the entire Biden administration and Congress can removed from office and Trump takes over as President. Search Brunson case on X.

Well, if that's the case and Trump is declared the winner of the 2020 election an installed in office wouldn't the remainder of this year count as his second term and make him inelligible to serve in 2025?

nah, he will just go down in history as the only POTUS to officially have three terms. Now that would be quite a milestone to achieve and would certainly make him smile.

Guess Biden served his term which may annul this.

Sources on X say wild things all the time that rarely come true.

The parts that stand out to me immediately are the charges of treason and the military moving around.

If they were pursuing this, I imagine they would go for sedition over treason. Treason in the legal sense would be someone acting with foreign adversaries. Even if a few did that, you wouldn’t go after all the congressmen too just because they didn’t speak to open the case if they didn’t directly conspire with foreign actors.

If the military was moving at that scale, I imagine it would be pretty obvious. But in reality, I don’t think it would be necessary.

He was never officially sworn in for 2020, so they'd have to let him be President for concurrent terms. Right? 😀

Each of the three liberal justices was named as a defendant in the case. They did not provide a specific reason for sitting out and are not required to do so.

The case was brought by Raland Brunson, who attempted to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election and named the three justices as defendants for denying a writ of certiorari in a previous appeals case.

Well, I personally think this will be something Pam Bondi will take up and act on. She's like that. I'm not sure how exactly she'll pursue it, but I can almost guarantee she won't let it just die.

If she's smart (which she clearly is), I'd hope she'll save the real savory parts for about year 2.5 of the Trump presidency, and then start floating things out there. These kinds of things take 8-9 months to get in front of a judge, so that will put the Trump camp at about year 3.5. Trump can't run again, but wiping out the criminal swamp with a serious death blow right before the elections might give us some hope.

Those are my thoughts anyway.
