This ruling would block known trans from being in women's private spaces, and it doesn't take a 'physical' check to identify a trans; a simple blood test would reveal the truth...or a DNA swab.

I see the same thing from a different perspective. It's 2024, and to see a man pretending to be a woman, is a man showing his mental illness to the world. Rather than being celebrated, he should be put in a mental hospital and helped to understand that biology is real, and he wont be a woman, even if he tries really hard and clicks his heels three times. Lunacy should not be celebrated. Men's bathrooms have a unique attribute in that you can stand up to pee. I saw a woman do that once, but I don't think it could happen on most occasions. So the general rule of thumb is, if you can stand up to pee, use the dudes. If you have to sit, use the ladies. If that confuses you, perhaps the problem is yours.

I've used the ladies bathroom when the men's bathroom is not accessible, and nothing bad happened to me. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is BORED and FANTASIZING too much.

The Left has fallen into a very confused state of disarray and AOC is just another cog in the machine of a failing and misguided political organization, one that has lost touch with the needs and ideals of the American people and what THEY value. With their own supporters so hostile, angry and mentally ill, going so far as to publicly disown their family members, denying grandparents access to their grandchildren, vowing celibacy with their male counterparts........the actions of very sick, mentally ill and disturbed people. Who cares if they shave their heads, dye their hair and freak their own faces out? The left have descended into irrationality, betrayal, and complete disconnection from the American public and their values. I see many lawsuits and divorces in their future. Their party won't survive if they don't change, and change a LOT! Being the 'weirdest kid on the block' is no longer enough to lead a country and control the masses.

And can you believe, in their puddle of misery of defeat, their best candidate for the next election is still Kamala Harris?

My question is.........do they not have a single stall unisex bathroom? With a lock on the door? My job is cheap as hell but we have bathrooms for men and women, separately with multiple stalls, then we have a bathroom that is just one stall with a lock on the door that is a "unisex" bathroom.

Can the federal government of the United States of America not afford to put in a unisex bathroom or is this rage bait I can't decide.

GOOD SOLUTION! But ye must remember, the Capitol is very old. It would cost billions of dollars to construct a UniSex bathroom, after 10 years of committee meetings to decide which historic walls can be moved safely, without surfacing any skeletons.
