Not sure why I can't post in off grid so I'm posting here .. How do we as non-politicians build a network of survival and trust I'm sure the internet is not a place to put coords or safe house destinations and at this point I would not trust anything internet posted. How do we band together and survive cohabitate and share in our current state we are hours away from SHTF and us non billionaires are at the Mercey of megalomaniacs.

Is it possible?

Start with our next door neighbors. If our next door neighbors vote for the other color, get the hell over it.

I don't think who you voted for will be an issue the point I'm speaking of is survival if you are a Karen not sure you will make it very far in a post apoplectic world.

I'm talking if I got to tell my wife and kid to bail how do we build a trustworthy network . "hypothetically"

Well, speaking hypothetically here, what if your wife and or kids don't trust you enough to go along with your plans? Hypothetically that is.

Well excussssse me. You asked a question and I offered a suggestion on how to begin. I thought we were talking about who can we trust, right? Can we trust those from across town? How about from around he corner. And can we trust our next door neighbors? This is what you are after isn't it? How to build trustworthy networks? Well I say, what level of trust to you want here. Do you want blind trust from those you come into contact with or cautious trust and what's the difference. What level, or levels are best. I say do we trust our inner circles? Maybe not.

And If you think I am trolling, report my replies to the mods, don't just toss out accusations.

At the point we need to get together who, You or they voted for isn't going to matter when someone is hungry food is universal.

People don't write letters anymore which is a shame because it's probably the last "private" means of correspondence left.

You could send a box with a gift in it and a letter to accompany the gift and who would be the wiser??

Unless the USPS has got sorting, reading and recording hubs across the country, it's probably safe to say that what you say in YOUR HANDWRITTEN letters will be between you and the addressee.

That said, perhaps it's time to get back into the swing of actually communicating without so much tech in the mix.

Survival actually depends on discreet communication and in this day and age, you gotta be extra vigilant. There's plenty of like-minded people that are feeling just like you. This last election proves it.

You might find yourself with more allies than you think.

I think it will come down to labor. Who can physically help support not only themselves but at least a few others as well. Labor. I wonder if there will be anyone smart enough to predict what will happen next if the SHTF. To many complexities. So if a person who cannot help others other than sitting around giving orders then I would cross them off my list. Me, I"m to old to help anyone as my days of labor are well over so at least I can be taken off of that list.

They have equipment to read the addresses very quickly and sort letters. It would be simple to set similar devices to read through the paper and just see the ink or pincel marks.

I have read unknown suspicious letters by spraying them with contact cleaner. The paper becomes transparent for a moment.

I see you are asking for post apocalyptic tribal membership guidance. Good luck with that.
