Apple Pay does not work on Android... only Apple devices.

If you find any thing advertising as such, it's an obvious scam.

Looks like you are correct. Checked Google store and they have apple bank and apple debbet but I don't think they are really apple pay. Not installing ether to check.

I do PayPal.
