I have had some success with mixing sea salt, epsom salt, and baking soda and soaking for about 30 minutes every night. I'm not sure that it actually does anything, but it seems to reduce the number of painful attacks I've been getting.
At the very least, it exfoliates the hell out of my footsies!
Apple cider vinegar soak: Add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar to a tub of warm water and soak the feet for 20–30 minutes.
Baking soda and sea salt soak: Dissolve 1 cup of sea salt and 1 cup of baking soda in a warm footbath. Soak the feet in it for 30 minutes.
Epsom salt soak: Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom salt into a gallon of warm to hot water. Soak the feet in it for 20-30 minutes. This is especially helpful for bruises or injuries like sprains or plantar fasciitis.
Ionic bath: Soak your feet in an ionic bath to help remove toxins from the body. Foot detoxes can also be performed using foot masks, scrubs, pads, and acupressure.
Tea Tree oil is very popular to add too.
Also, it's not soaking, but Chinese meds will put a pad on your foot and the herbs inside will draw out toxins too.

With respect, bamboo is a scam.

I've personally investigated the alleged anti-fungal/microbial qualities to the extent of purchasing different bamboo fibres, spinning yarn and making socks. I assure you wool is far better than bamboo, bamboo has no more anti-fungal/microbial qualities than any other viscose.
Much of the bamboo on the market is grown in one huge plantation in China. I found it impossible to locate any evidence showing working conditions or environmental impact mitigation. The thinner shoots and leaves are dissolved and forced out through spinnerets to create fibres.

It appears the workers are being worked to death to provide a fibre that is then sold with completely false information. The scam is so huge many people can't believe it.
As a semi-synthetic fibre it works. I'm sleeping between bamboo sheets now while house/cat sitting. I sleep well and it feels good next to the skin, but the marketing of this fibre a massive scam.
