Five Months ago, Judge Aileen Cannon threw out the "classified documents" case against former President Donald Trump, because it was built on fraud and deceit, by President Biden's personally appointed hatchet-man, Special Counsel Jack Smith.

TODAY, the Jack Smith charges against former President Trump for inciting a riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 to keep election-cheater Joe Biden out of the White House, WERE DROPPED...and the CASE CANCELLED!

Judge Tanya Chutkan canceled all deadlines and ongoing proceedings in the Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ)’s election interference case against President-elect Donald Trump after a request from special counsel Jack Smith.

Smith’s concession is a remarkable symbolic moment for Trump, who has faced multiple lawsuits as he sought to return to the White House.

Trump’s victory against Vice President Kamala Harris essentially ended Smith’s hopes of convicting the former president. DOJ policy generally prohibits prosecutions of sitting presidents, and Smith’s case was set to drag on well into 2025 after hitting multiple roadblocks.

When Trump's attorneys obtained their Top Secret security clearances, and filed information with Judge Chutkan demonstrating that an overseas entity (probably China) materially affected the outcome of the 2020 election to help crooked Joe Biden, Chutkan froze up. The court processes stopped cold. Then the Supreme Court ruled former Presidents couldn't be prosecuted for official duties..which cause Jack Smith to shrink his charges against Donald Trump.

Conservative legal analysts say Chutkan and Smith are probably glad they are able to drop this HOT POTATO of a case.

Trump definitely is not messing around this time with these charlatans. Every kind of debauchery and darkness the left is doing is on the chopping blocks of justice.

Maybe Judge MERCHAN is also relieved Americans elected Donald Trump President. He'll drop the case and PRAY that Trump's DOJ doesn't investigate his daughter's financial and business activies too closely. Particularly now that one of her partners in crime, ADAM SCHIFF, has been promoted from Congressional Representative to U.S. Senator!

Sounds like the people in the department of Justice were BSed into believing Americans were dumb. They sided with the Democrat party instead of being unbias. I am sure there will be lots of changes in the DOJ in the next four years, hopefully the new people in charge will be unbias and just follow the law and precedence that is fair. Otherwise they will be forced to bring charges against congressmen and women who promoted violent protests in the past against their oponents...by precedence that the Dems created.


There is no excuse for violance promotion against any group of people, political polarization is the new twist on racism.

As Qanon frequently said regarding deep-state attackers of Trump, there will be NO DEALS. (I think Biden may be an exception though. He has knowledge of info to indict a whole boatload of top-tier crooks.)

The newly elected Schiff might be a Senator for less than 6 months! 😁

The part that many are not thinking about is that those who did the things they did think they will not be held accountable. That never happens in politics. It is always forget and forgive.

Trump is not like that. His first administration was heavily influenced by the old guard GOP. Read a few books. It has played out like a hostile takeover. New CEO comes in and no one wants change. John McCain ended the GOP with his vote. Ended it.

It is different this time around. He is in charge. The party is his. He owes no one. With his team, they took on an destroyed the Political Establishment in the US. Ended it. Bush. Clinton. Biden. Obama. (insert radical Congress Members). They sued him. Indicted him. Went after him monetarily and twice tried to kill him. Lara Trump was who was needed and there was so much push back when it happened. Now everyone knows why.

Nothing stopped it and there was an actual Red Wave that could not be cheated or taken away.

It was all created on lies to break him and this country.
