Mother Sentenced to over 2 years for Shouting at police During Disorder

Another person who should have been dealt with a suspended sentence and fine has today been sent down for shouting "incendiary and racist" remarks at police has been given over 2 years in prison , just over a year with remission , what made it worse for the judge is that she had an 11-year-old boy with her although she was intending to take to the local skate park when she saw the protest and decided to check it out and shout at police ... it's Tamworth FFS !

Aimie Hodgkinson-Hedgecox pleaded guilty to violent disorder after she was recorded shouting "incendiary and racist" remarks at police outside a Holiday Inn Express in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

She reacted angrily to her sentence at Stafford Crown Court, looking towards friends and relatives in the public gallery and complaining: "It's a joke, it's a f****** piss-take."

Passing sentence, Judge Jonathan Gosling told the 37-year-old defendant she was "clearly visible" in footage from the riot and was "recording the unfolding violence".

He added Hodgkinson-Hedgecox's offending was seriously aggravated by taking the boy to the scene.

it's the best way to teach folks that they just can't say things unless they make those in power feel nice. Say something mean, go to jail. A few of those, and folks will shut their pie holes and act like good obedient citizens.

I hate to see the loss of freedom the UK seems to be experiencing, for words.

This is the kind of stuff anyone who voted for Kamala was basically supporting. This is literally what Kamala Harris and her media supporters wanted her to be able to do with speech in America.

And they ain’t got the 1A let alone the 2A.

So I expect disparaging looks and supposed sneers, and imagined passing of gas near police to be punishable by death in the next decade or so.

Also an interesting thought…if you can have your life ruined by simply looking at crime or yelling at police……


Why not go all in if your gunna be destroyed anyway…like I am sure at some point people are gunna stop yelling and well start doing other things…when they realize there is no difference in the eyes of the law between yelling and machete attack….. because in for a penny….in for a pound.

Yet another outrageous sentence given at the behest of Two Tier Keir Stalin.

There is something seriously wrong when mothers get two years for shouting nasty words and nonces and the like get suspended sentences.

We don't need, or want, anything resembling The Second Amendment, what we need are politicians of conviction who are going to put the best interests and well being of the British people first and foremost and not pander to special interest groups or whatever 'cause' is de rigueur with the academia driven wokerati twats that are trying their best to ruin this country.

If being visible in public and recording violence-presumably with a phone or other sort of camera is illegal-How is it that all MSM reporters and cameramen who covered these events are walking free?

I'll tell you how they are free-Because neither being in a public location nor filming a crime in public are against the law in Britain.
The judge in his comments stepped outside of the legal framework.

The woman possibly did commit a crime if she actually shouted racially charged comments at police,but the recording in public should not have been mentioned.


Meanwhile did you see the vision of hell in Leeds last nite with hundreds of newcomers "celebrating bonfire night" by setting fires and launching fireworks in the streets while shouting you know what-
The leeds part begins at 16seconds-can you see any police?

Not sure about “bonfire night” represents for y’all.

But the middle of the street seems a poor place for them.

In any event I’m not sure the “difference”between the two videos, other than God works in mysterious ways.

Pretty sure the “disparity is staggering” and “ancestral homeland” our racist terms. Plus the clapping by those well-behaved Brits in the park is super-triggering. Glad the police shut down that civil and peaceful celebration.
