As we aren't quite out of the clown world woods yet, and Trump won't be sworn in until Jan 19th, will they go full retard and put him in Jail?
I don't see them accepting things as they are. Obviously once Trump is in office, Jack Smith will be shown the door, and his new DOJ will delete all the charges currently pending. But there are still some SNAFUs waiting, and since they are angry and bitter about being losers, I would totally expect them to do the lest smart thing they could.

And they you have Jamie Raskins threatening to not certify Trump's win.

Constitutional law professors will be busy in the next couple months.

I have said since they missed killing him.

He would win the popular and EC.
They will sentence him in November.
They will use that to try to stop his certification.
It will go to the SCOTUS.

This is not over, but, they do not know what is coming. For 4 years they did everything from try to bankrupt, throw in jail and kill him.

Time for unity and those who have tried to stop that for the last 4 years to be removed from influence.

That is if they can prove he instigated 1/6. Which I don’t think they have a snowballs chance in hell of doing, mainly because he did nothing of the sort and they’ve no proof he did. Saying to go peacefully and have your voice heard doesn’t make you a insurrection inciter.

Who knows what else they have up their sleeves. I’m sure the bottom feeders are scheming though.

The Democrats lost big this time around. The White House, the Senate and are on their way to losing Congress.

Even if Republicans get a clear majority in all 3, Democrats will do everything in their power to make the next 4 years as rough as possible. They give lip service to "unity and coming together" but that's only under their terms.

Harris took 92.4% of the vote in DC
Trump took 6.7%

Anybody on trial who is politically connected in any way to the republicans cannot get a fair trial there.
No way.
We’ve known this of course because of how they treated Trump and the J6ers.

I hope they try to take him. Here's an explanation how that'll work...

If Trump goes to court and there's 10,000 National Guard troops outside the courthouse, you know what's coming.

Just to troll the haters, I'd like to see him show up for the Inauguration in a orange jumpsuit.

The fact that they did not dump the 20 million extra votes like they did in 2020 tells me they have something up their sleeve to keep from confirming him and these convictions are just that. They have the country so divided right now that a conviction will give them the ammo they need to try and keep him out of office and have the support of nearly half the country. It will end up at SCOTUS and eventually be overturned but not before we end up in a complete and utter # show.

Sensible Bill Barr Being Respectfully Savage

This includes the New York criminal case in which Trump was already found guilty but has yet to receive a sentence. Barr called on state prosecutors to dismiss the case, despite already securing a conviction.

When asked if this is likely to happen, Barr's response was blunt.

"We'll see what they think of democracy."
