Rumor has it Jack Smith is dropping cases and leaving DOJ today

I have it from an entirely unreliable source that he's joining the rest of the SS in a small Brazilian village to hideout.

Yes but isn't that just letting them get away with lawfare? How about reimbursing Trumps legal fees? To me, that schiitt doesn't fly. I would rather Trump say "bring it on". The two judges, Leticia James and Alvin Bragg just walk away? F no, not in my opinion. As a citizen I want those people not judging or prosecuting any more, they must be held accountable but, hey, that's just me. If the charges are all dropped, the verdict vacated and everybody moves on with their lives I will NOT be happy at all, to me that is awful, a total F'n bullschitt way to handle it. Is this what people want to see? Really?

Its not fair, or right at all.

However, as Kamala said once "with the stroke of my pen".
Lives forever changed, that is what Lawfare is about.

Lets hope 47 chooses wisely those people in his cabinet
that could legally put an end to these treasonous vermin.

I agree with everything you said above but let's be honest here for a bit. All those cases/convictions are going to be either dropped, dismissed, overturned or vacated. If these "prosecutors and judges" (I use the terms rather loosely) eliminate the cases voluntarily, they can buy some good graces when they're brought up for prosecutorial misconduct. That's the way the legal games are played and the new DOJ will have them over a barrel. It would be more efficient for Trumps administration to play ball than drag it out to the same, albeit more severe, conclusion.

You both made strong points and I guess Trump will be seen as "Trump the Merciful". I am thinking Leticia James needs to be tought a lesson but we'll see. She ran her prosecutor campaign on getting Trump, just sayin'.

Did anybody seen Letticia James going full mode militant and declared war on Trump presidency, and she is ready to fight back Trump.

The women is completely unhinged and out of reality.

She actually has declared war on Trump.

Doesn't surprise me, prosecutors Leticia James and Alvin Bragg, Judge Juan Merchan, Arthur Engoron deserve no leniency in my opinion. They have sworn to uphold the law not make a mockery of it, profit family from it or weaponize it against political opponents. I would fight these people to the end if I were Trump but I also know that may not be the right way to go. We as Americans, deserve better from our court system.

Oh, I think they should all be taught a lesson.

No mercy!

To the fullest extent of the law.

I am not a vindictive person at all but they have all crossed the line badly. Throw in Jack and Fani too. Just like Biden, Kalalama, Pelosi and so many more of them they simply will not stop on their own- they must be stopped and made examples of-by the way, that is what they were doing to Trump..make an example of him and it didn't work and they all went overboard, they took it too far and they are not going to stop. I hate to say it but they need to be investigated, tried and sentenced...sentenced for real crimes not the made up crimes they tried to saddle Trump with. Trump will win on appeal for every case if need be.

Boom.

DOJ drops both cases!

x.com...

I am just taking a wild guess that James and Bragg will
follow. Since they both met with The White House before
bringing their trumped up phony bogus cases, they have
a lot to lose. Maybe they wish to avoid jail time and charges
of conspiracy, etc.

As they say, "No one is above the law".

I agree, make examples out of them.
What better way to make the case that others
shouldn't follow in their footsteps!

I guess that is why Letticia is butt hurting, she knows her power as the queen going after Trump is just over, she is back to be the nobody that she was before she was told by Soros, Biden and the swamp to go after Trump with anything she could find.

Now been a nobody she gets no special treatment and special appointments.

Maybe she was dreaming of becoming a Supreme court judge, the women is a mental case.

They all mean nothing. It was simply to damage his character. I think we are going to see some things overturned and some simply disappear now that he is back in the White House.

I watched the video and at the end the reporter said something like - now Trump won't be held accountable to jury of his peers, Trump is getting away with this-paraphrasing. I do not like the sounds of that narrative but I guess lets see how this all plays out.

There are already those on that side blaming Tim Walz for the loss.

Poor Tim

You have to admit he certainly helped- a great deal, IMO.

Democrats never learn from their mistakes; they just learn how to cover them up better. But they exposed their methods when they elected Obama's VP mistake and woke up a lot of people.

It is my opinion based on a theory of mine;
these Soros backed DA's are handpicked for
their limited abilities to think things through
to the end. It is Machiavellian in nature,
They were mere toys to Soros and Garland.

I don't see Kamala as much different, as we know
she was hand picked for a very similar job.

Whether Kamala, James and Bragg are smart enough
to see it, I doubt that. But they played along.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes!
