I have wondered why ballots do not have a 10-digit number and that number is associated with you. We have voter rolls, and you already identified as to what party you are a part of, so they do not need your ballot to see who is who.

The problem here is "the person passed the identification and qualification aspect of the early voting" when they shouldn't have.
