And "they" have the nerve to sue Elon Musk for awarding a $1 Million daily prize to lucky PETITION signers.

Here is one BIG SMILE HAPPY winner from Georgia: gettr.com...

MAGA-AF Rocks!

Judge just ruled the $1 million @ day giveaway can continue: justthenews.com...

As it should. It was quite clearly not what the Democrat lawsuit said it was. You must be a registered voter to enter. It's not paying you to register to vote.

Wait a second here!!!
I’ve been told many times on this site that non citizens aren’t voting in our elections.
Maybe Ill wait to see what they have to say about this, should they actually peek their heads in this thread.

My sister is working her township hall this year, went through the training and all that, for voting, so I have been picking her brain on issues that may come up.

Interesting to find out their township lets you open carry while voting, but they can ask you to leave a "backpack" outside, if they feel uncomfortable. And the people working can open carry or conceal.

Obviously having no way to uncount his illegal vote is a problem though.

The bigger problem is there's no way it's just one vote. This is just the one they caught.

You are already listed on a voter roll, and you select your affiliation so if they wanted to come after conservatives, they do not need your ballot to do that, for example.

It really comes down to proper upfront identification and proper registry.

I live in Virginia, and holy hell, do you have to go through some hoops. This is also basically a Blue state, but you need to show an address on two documents: an official citizenship-type document like a Passport, or BC. Then when I voted today I showed my driver's license, it was then scanned for verification, and then I had to verbally say my name and address. After all that it allowed a ballot to be printed for me.

I don't think our township here allows a person to open carry inside the township hall, because they do have a local ordinance about brandishing guns here in public. If we didn't have these local ordinances, everyone in towns would be paranoid during deer hunting season with all the drunk hunters that hit the bars.

I have no problem with those kinds of rules, I feel they should be able to have regulations so people can be at peace in their homes in the towns and city limits. I am a firm believer that sane and civil people should have a right to bear arms though. Even though I have known people who were reckless when hunting....buck fever can make a person dangerous in the woods. I am also a believer that you should not be shooting a gun target practicing in areas where stray bullets can hurt others. And of course, nobody should be shooting in town without a good reason, you do not need to be shooting at a bear in town that is tearing apart your bear feeder, it could make it pissed off and it could hurt someone. But if you want to go scream at that bear to get away from your feeder, it is better to have a gun just in case it does not want to listen to reason and has oppositional defiance disorder.

Wow.
rumble.com...

Who again runs border and customs? How about immigration?

Go long on pitchforks and torches.

ETA: I know these illegals were flown into the country, but I wonder if Gov. Abbott of TX was partially playing ball by transporting these criminals to swing states...

We have really been laid low but probably not low enough for the scum perpetrators. For them, 6ft lower would be optimal for us.

Laws or ordinances against brandishing do not disallow open carry. Open carry and brandishing are completely separate actions.

If the right to open carry is affirmed in your state constitution and laws, townships can't legally restrict that right. The only restrictions that are legitimate are those listed in state law, like how most if not all states don't allow guns in state courthouses.

The state's restrictions may indeed include city/town halls in your state. I don't know because every state has different laws and I don't even know what state we're talking about. I'm just saying if it's illegal to open carry in your town hall, it's because it's restricted by the state, not the town. That statement is applicable to every state, that's just how law works in the US. The federal Constitution affirms basic rights. Each lower level of government (state, county, city/town) can affirm additional rights but can't restrict rights that were affirmed at a higher level.

At least that's how it's supposed to work. Some states go rogue and try to do unconstitutional #, which usually is when court battles ensue.

VOTED
you want a recount? they push a button get same total,,,

but, if machine spits out a total on paper, then we
all could prove who we voted for..

just spit out recipt after each voter votes, start at
votes for

tom 0 dick 0 harry 0
i vote for tom, print total should say
tom 1 dick 0 harry 0

next guy votes using MY recipt
as start total
tom 1 dick 0 harry 0
he votes dick, prints total

should say
tom 1 dick 1 harry 0

give that ticket to next guy
to compare his vote
it aint that hard
we showed id and could only vote at a certain place
not just any poll station... which is stupid if we are
