Why it will still count:

we will have to see what the punishment is for this, but the part where his illegal vote still counts, is a problem. What's to stop 10,000 others from doing the same and just accepting the punishment, but still swaying the election by 10,000 votes?

the punishment needs to be severe. So much so that nobody would risk it. If this goes like most of the democrat "justice" he will probably get a debit card, and a free hotel.

Combine that with states where no ID at all is even required.
No ID, and cant actually find the vote of a person if you later find out that person voted illegally!
Makes a mockery of 'prove it in court or it didn't happen' defence against election rigging.

I have wondered why ballots do not have a 10-digit number and that number is associated with you. We have voter rolls, and you already identified as to what party you are a part of, so they do not need your ballot to see who is who.

The problem here is "the person passed the identification and qualification aspect of the early voting" when they shouldn't have.

Same reason we're not supposed to have a gun registry. It's so if the government gets more tyrannical (it's already tyrannical, but not to the point of doing this)--they can't hunt people down who voted a certain way.

Obviously having no way to uncount his illegal vote is a problem though.

The bigger problem is there's no way it's just one vote. This is just the one they caught.

NO - that is not the problem here.

The problem here is "the person passed the identification and qualification aspect of the early voting" when they shouldn't have.

Yes, which means there's flaws in the system that illegals can exploit--something the powers that be insist don't exist. "The system works."

If this guy found a way to exploit it, others have too, make no mistake.

It's not even that hard. In Pennsylvania, all you have to do to vote illegally is know someone who has died recently and was a registered voter. They do report deaths to the board of elections but it's "racist" to scrub the list and remove dead people from the voter rolls who were mistakenly not removed, so there are dead people listed, especially if they died recently. You go vote in the precinct of the dead person and just give their name. They don't make you show ID, they just look for the name you gave on the list. They find it, have you sign, and you can vote. Unless someone working in there knows you or the dead person you're pretending to be and knows you're not them by recognition, you'll get away with it.

Fox News said he was able to register to vote using his student ID card.

What a #ing clown show. You're only supposed to be able to register to vote with a government-issued ID.

There needs to be a serious investigation into this. How many other illegals did they let register without a valid ID?

The number on the ballot, which is paper that we fill out and then put into the machine and retained till way after the election, is put on your voter registration form that you fill out before voting. It would be easy to find that big cardboard like paper ballot in twenty minutes or less here in our township.

The number does not register in the machine you put that into most likely, but they could find it. Not worth it for one vote though, one vote would not mean much so I doubt if they would do anything with it. A hundred votes, if the election is close, then they might do it. In a very close election, if the losing candidate requests it, they can do something like that if they are told to.

I ask a lot of questions about everything, a few years ago I did that when voting and the women there told me what they could do in case of a recount.

This is exactly what Elon said in one of his CPAC Q&As. Because of the regulations surrounding election integrity and privacy, there's no way to prove if any voter fraud occurred because it's designed to be as secluded as possible, for the safety of voters. He also said the only counter offense is get everybody you know off their ass and in the booth.
