Russia has more than double the population of the UK, but almost half of the economy.

I think the UK realized the world was changing, and their colonial model wasn’t working. So they used introspection, and found balance.

In doing so, they’re still in the top five economies of the world.

I’d say it looks like a win to me.

I’ve looked up several sources that say otherwise.

But let’s assume they’re all bias.

The UK is still 70x smaller in land mass, far fewer resources, and has less than half the population.

Their GDP per capita still shows they’re quite the global contender.

Better than repeating Putin propaganda while real Russians are used as cannon fodder in the Ukraine. Ignoring free speech in Russia is dead.
