Perfect with cheddar!

I'm saving up for a treat of Stoned Wheat Thins and King's Choice smoked gouda.

Red Apple smoked gouda doesn't need a cracker though and I've got two little rounds in the cooler still.

Great with apple slices!

Looking into this story, I reckon the cheese was stolen to order.

Gouda is one of my favourite cheeses along with Emmental , like Wallace I am also partial to a nice crumbly Wensleydale.

Truckles of Patrick Holden's Hafod Welsh Cheddar were among the £300,000 worth of produce stolen in a scam on 21 October.

Mr Holden said he believed the con was "sophisticated" and the cheese could have been taken to Russia or the Middle East.

I worked on Patrick Holden's farm many years ago. He was a tricky piece of dung. Inside job wouldn't surprise me.

I used to love cheese, and I still do but even as a kid I loved cheese

But after 30 days of dieting and fasting no cheese or any dairy, I felt different. I didn't feel as bloated wasn't as sore, less headaches

it wasn't till I made a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with extra Gruyere boom, that the headaches, the soreness and still dropping cheese were more difficult than nicotine, Scramble egg with cheese was my goto simple breakfast but now just oatmeal or Cream of Wheat and I feel lots better

Do eat cheese still yep I do but I try and limit it if I can'

When people go plant-based, it's often not the idea of giving up meat that proves difficult. It's cheese. There's a reason for that. In a study on food and addiction, Yale researchers found that cheese triggers the same neuroreceptors for pleasure that drugs do since cheese contains casein, a dairy protein that during digestion releases casomorphine, which plays directly on the brain's dopamine receptors. So if you think you're addicted to cheese, you probably are. Like most addictions, this one isn't healthy.

Not giving up my Wisconsin curds, don't care how unhealthy they are. Esp. deep fried; probably twice as unhealthy on top of that, but twice as good! 🧀😋

It has to be semi-organized who steals that much cheese without having a place to dump it for dollars, it's not like you can store it just anywhere it had better be animal-proof but aren't there temperature limits low and high etc.

I think it was just one load and it was obtained via deception.

And the order was dispatched before it was flagged or queried.

At this time of year, stranger things have been known to happen.

Chances are it will fall off the back of a lorry somewhere.

Very organised by the looks of it.

If he does they probably keep that one quiet.

And where were they two when the cheese went a walk?

A stupid business methinks or rather a gullible employee or flaw in the ordering system.

But they are selling posh cheese to expensive establishments.

For all we know they receive orders of that magnitude all the time from all over the continent.

I don't know who the guy is...I just like cheese heists that benefit the common man and woman.

Maybe it was Robin Hood?

Were it Stateside I'd suspect the Ghost of Al Capone!

Right, that's it, no more deep-fried Mars Bars for you.

And we are reporting you to Gordon Ramsay.

Won't accuse the seller of being stupid, but maybe of getting into habits and being a bit complacent? The seller should at least have had a maximum first-time purchase for a new customer, along with payment in full and cleared before the product is released. They probably have these policies now!
