The expensive ones do, have you not seen "Blade Runner"?

I think a major concern is how viruses could possibly mutate under very low gravity conditions.

So you might be on to something there, but it appears they have already let them go now.

Probably not boatguy12 as it dont seem to be going anywhere and the astronaut was released.

As to the Human race being safe, I'm apt to ponder "no" on that score for a variety of reasons right now.
