A whistleblower within the General Services Administration (GSA) has exposed a $347 million contract awarded to transport unaccompanied minors across the United States.
GSA contract Specialist Clarissa Rippee revealed details of the contract after raising concerns about how the children are being treated during their transportation.
Red Voice Media reported that Rippee told James OāKeefe of the OāKeefe Media Group that her decision to speak out was based on the nature of the contract.
The research has exposed serious flaws in how government agencies handle unaccompanied minors.

are any of the kids used in this program on the list of kids they can't find? It's time for some serious investigation into who is pushing the illegal entry narrative and who's making the money from it. I mean, other than the cartels.
The Biden-Harris administration has lost track of more than 320,000 migrant children who crossed the border without parents, according to a shocking new report.
Untold numbers of the children ā who were released into the US to āqualified sponsorsā ā are now at risk of sex trafficking, forced labor and other forms of exploitation, a Homeland Security Inspector Generalās report released Monday said.
As of May 2024, there are 291,000 migrant children who arrived in the US as unaccompanied minors who were set free and never given a date to appear in immigration court ā meaning there is no way to track their whereabouts.
That is in addition to the 32,000 children that Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities released into the US with hearing dates but then failed to show in court, according to the 14-page report ā which tracked a period from October 2018 to September 2023.
One federal whistleblower said that she believes many of these vulnerable kids could already be in the hands of criminals and sex traffickers.

IS THIS OK FOR YOU DEMOCRAT VOTERS?
CAN WE TRACK DOWN FOSTER PARENTS/CHILDREN?
The report noted that more than 291,000 unaccompanied migrant children had not, as of May 2024, received a notice to appear in court. Additionally, more than 32,000 unaccompanied migrant children got a notice to appear but then failed to show up for immigration court hearings. Those figures came from ICE and covered a period from October 2018 to September 2023. During that period there were a total of 448,820 unaccompanied children released by ICE to the Department of Health and Human Servicesā Office of Refugee Resettlement.
But experts say it is a stretch to refer to roughly 300,000 children as ālostā or āmissing.ā
āThis is not a āmissing kidsā problem; itās a āmissing paperworkā problem,ā Jonathan Beier, associate director of research and evaluation for the Acacia Center for Justiceās Unaccompanied Children Program, wrote in an email.
Former White House chief of staff and retired Marine Gen. John Kelly has joined the board of directors for Caliburn International, the parent company of Comprehensive Health Services, which operates shelters for unaccompanied migrant children.
One of the shelters the company operates is Homestead, a temporary influx facility in Florida that houses unaccompanied migrant children.
āGeneral Kelly is a strong strategic addition to our team,ā said James Van Dusen, the CEO of Caliburn International, in a statement.
And you believe all those lies donāt you?š Because thatās no where close to how itās going down in the real world. You literally just spewed out sentence after sentence of democrat lies that only a gullible and brainwashed person thatās not paying attention would believe. This is probably one of the biggest displays of gross incompetence of this administration that Iāve seen yet.

CAN WE TRACK DOWN FOSTER PARENTS/CHILDREN?
Dear Confused:
The HHS knows where the Unaccompanied Children went. Here's the process:
"When a child who is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian is apprehended by immigration authorities, the child is transferred to the care and custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Federal law requires that ORR feed, shelter, and provide medical care for unaccompanied children until it is able to release them to safe settings with sponsors (usually family members), while they await immigration proceedings. These sponsors live in many states.
Sponsors are adults who are suitable to provide for the childās physical and mental well-being and have not engaged in any activity that would indicate a potential risk to the child. All sponsors must pass a background check. The sponsor must agree to ensure the childās presence at all future immigration proceedings. They also must agree to ensure the minor reports to ICE for removal from the United States if an immigration judge issues a removal order or voluntary departure order.
HHS is engaging with state officials to address concerns they may have about the care or impact of unaccompanied children in their states, while making sure the children are treated humanely and consistent with the law as they go through immigration court proceedings that will determine whether they will be removed and repatriated, or qualify for some form of relief.
HHS has strong policies in place to ensure the privacy and safety of unaccompanied children by maintaining the confidentiality of their personal information. These children may have histories of abuse or may be seeking safety from threats of violence. They may have been trafficked or smuggled. HHS cannot release information about individual children that could compromise the childās location or identity."
If you go to this website, you can see how many kids went to which state and county for the last 10 years or so:
www.acf.hhs.gov...
So, of course they don't release personally identifying information to RWNJs.
