Recently, the potential Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) crisis came to our attention when Democrats began telegraphing that overseas voters could be the key in 2024 to winning and perhaps even overturning the election results one week or more AFTER the election.

Heather Honey has been working with attorney Erick Kaardal on several lawsuits in swing states, including Pennsylvania, where five US congressmen are suing the top election officials in the must-win swing state for telling clerks to ignore any eligibility requirements for UOCAVA voters as required by state law.

On Monday, lawsuits filed by the RNC against top election officials in North Carolina and Michigan that demanded UOCAVA voters prove they live in the state where they are registering to vote were dismissed.

These judges think they are untouchable. They need to know Mexico style justice can happen here, with so many illegals on our soil, thanks to Kamala.

Look at the media. In multiple places they are now stating, after a few months of lying, Trump is going to win. This is to set the stage for 1/6/2025.

You see Senate Dems aligning. Not being as harsh this past weekend. Obama is out there running for president today as a fill in. Rumors of the Walz-Harris camp not on god terms.

No one wanted this. It is all about raising and spreading around the last bit of cash they can before it all goes away. Same thing happened in the last 2 weeks leading up in 2016.

Yeah, I don't understand Alaska. The last election, they were stuck at 59% for about a month and nobody blinked an eye. I guess it was because there was not contention in the result there, but I was thinking WTH are they doing up there.

She referenced recent Supreme Court rulings that require more than hypothetical concerns or speculative future harms to justify a lawsuit. The court ruled that neither the RNC nor the individual voters had demonstrated a personal stake in the case that would allow it to proceed in federal court.

The brilliance is they setup the cheat, and then it takes proving negatives and getting cases into court without being thrown out discriminately by judges. ☠️🥥 Something needs to give this time.

Doesnt matter who you vote for, (as an example) state legislature is fighting to keep rank choice voting people are demanding to get rid of it after it gifted us another term of murkowski and a term of peltola.

another example, they have written a loop hole into the legislation surrounding the PFD so they can spend it and not "lose" the covid money. needless to say people are pissed that their PFD went fro 6k per person in a family to 1.7k.

Start by examining the polling details of pollsters who say Trump and Kamala are almost even...50/50.

They likely polled many more Democrats each time.. and even used different questions for Republicans vs Democrats.

Pollsters and News Media want it to seem that Kamala is at least even with Trump, so pushing Kamala over the top using hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots will work easier....i.e. Kamala's victory will be easy to believe, since she and Trump were even, leading up to election day.

Lets expose lying fraudulent U. S. pollsters to the entire world! 😡

It's possible but in 2020, the Democrat's early voting was much larger, besides it will only matter in the swing states

270 to win estimates that Harris must win all 3 States Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, right now all 3 are in question. If the one state she loses is Pennsylvania she must win Georgia or North Carolina and win all the western states she is supposed to win

Here's this morning's polling from Real Clear Politics for perspective Trump never got within 7 points against Biden nationally in 2020 Real Clear, this morning Trump is within 0.9 when in 2020 it was 7 full percentage points difference.

We probably should remember polling margin for error at 3% is likely too low till the final week. Still compared to 2020 Trump is performing well enough to be more than semi-optimistic. Unless something else pops up and the media and the left are throwing around a lot of BS but so far it doesn't seem to be sticking
