The below is as true today as it was in 2022, when the article was published...

ATLANTA (AP) — Electronic voting machines from a leading vendor used in at least 16 states have software vulnerabilities that leave them susceptible to hacking if unaddressed, the nation’s leading cybersecurity agency says in an advisory sent to state election officials.

The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, or CISA, said there is no evidence the flaws in the Dominion Voting Systems’ equipment have been exploited to alter election results. The advisory is based on testing by a prominent computer scientist and expert witness in a long-running lawsuit that is unrelated to allegations of a stolen election pushed by former President Donald Trump after his 2020 election loss.

The advisory, obtained by The Associated Press in advance of its expected Friday release, details nine vulnerabilities and suggests protective measures to prevent or detect their exploitation. Amid a swirl of misinformation and disinformation about elections, CISA seems to be trying to walk a line between not alarming the public and stressing the need for election officials to take action.

And filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in December 2020.

We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

Justice John Roberts threw this case out, along with others, because some admin filing procedures weren't followed to the letter. He is most likely part of the "Deep State"....like several other Republicans in high places.

Let's not forget everyone's SS#'s were just recently hacked so it would be kinda naive to scoff at what's possible.

+ It's been ~4 years with very little revisions to the processes, and if anything, the cheating has been updated and refined.

+ Government says it's legal now to kill us if we complain. Idk. Where do you go with that one? If it's like that now, what's it going to look like in the next few years??

Major changes bordering on catastrophic are inbound it would seem. Who knows...

In August 2020, Donald Trump told the Press, "We've caught them all.. We've caught the Deep State".

In November 2020, Donald Trump directed his A.G. to expand the execution capacity of the U.S. Federal (and Military) systems.

Fast Forward to 2023... Hundreds of SCARED officials are screaming about the dangers of making Donald Trump President.

Doesn't take a Criminal Justice or Psychology degree to figure out why! 💣

Apparently, everything electronic is easily hackable.

2 years ago someone hacked my SS#. They got my tax refund and changed my address. It has been a nightmare dealing with the IRS. They also tried to hack my bank account.

No one cares!

Hmmm.

The last line of the first paragraph reads like “the public is right about hacking, but we don’t want to give MAGA more firepower ahead of the election.”

Just my take.

“Alarm the public…” lulz

Being connected by a local Wifi, or to the Internet, makes it even easier.

People only care, if you are "somebody special" in the eyes of an authority who can help you...and feels like helping you.

President Trump fired the CISA executive (in Nov 2020) who knew of the vulnerabilities but didn't follow-up to ensure they had been patched. He was compromised...part of the "deep state". (Hundreds of officials were/are.)

Well this made me feel a lot more confident in the process. 🙄
From your link:

Halderman said that as far as he knows, “no one but Dominion has had the opportunity to test their asserted fixes.”

Isn’t this pretty much what Tina Peters did, was a post audit? I know they nailed her for some other things but……

To prevent or detect the exploitation of these vulnerabilities, the advisory’s recommendations include ensuring voting machines are secure and protected at all times; conducting rigorous pre- and post-election testing on the machines as well as post-election audits; and encouraging voters to verify the human-readable portion on printed ballots.

that was then, this is now. Or something.

Look, no joke, not a lie, we have assembled the greatest voter fraud team in the history of mankind.

New rules are, shred the ballots as they are cast, and adjust the numbers as needed for desired outcome. And if you ask questions, you are a MAGA extremists, and should be arrested and sent to re-education camps.

now, feel the joy yet?
