If you listen to Jamie Raskin, if Trump wins, on Jan 6th, 2025, the Democrats will exert the 14th Amendment, Clause 3, argument that Trump is ineligible to be president, because he incited an insurrection on Jan 6th.

Raskin claims that the Supreme Court placed the issue in Congress' hands, with their ruling that states, Like Colorado and Maine, had no standing.

Of course you are. Your projection game is on point.

For sure.

But this is about the Dems and what they have in store before or after the election.

Care to make a claim to the OP or you just gonna run with your opinion on the insurrection that didn’t happen?

An insurrection with no guns. Confirmed 100+ government agents, a shady witness tampering induced “hearing”, and not one person found guilty of insurrection.

Jesus.

No. Even though they flipped out and screamed “interference” when he won, then gaslit people when he didn’t that “there wasn’t any”.

I’m gonna stick it to them and exclaim that any claims of election interference makes you a crazy CT.

I do like your thinking here. Classic misdirection.

And straight from the Nazi propaganda playbook of making your enemy out their face in the dookie pile that YOU made and stating it was their mess.

The Dems plan on stealing it again.

Why wouldn’t they.

They just got to make sure it’s close.

So the steal looks plausible.

So your Dem overlords plan on embarrassing themselves again?

I can't wait for them to try another Dem con artist scam again because Trump is going to win.

Prepare yourself.

I don’t think they’ll waste a steal on Harris.
At the rate she’s going, it’s going to be too big to rig anyway.
They will just put up roadblocks for four years and circle the wagons in ‘28.

Over 1,250 have been arrested for their actions on J6 so far. It's estimated 2500 went into the building with no estimation how many more were on the restricted grounds. Over 140 police officers were injured in the line of duty.
Oh?

If possession is 9/10s the law, how do you explain the folks that have been arrested that weren’t even there

Multiple people were charged who had guns. Do you need a breakdown of names?

Also, the Oath Keepers, convicted of Seditious Conspiracy had a weapons cache stored across the river from DC to be brought in by their "quick response" team when they "held" the Capitol. Now granted, we can laugh at their playbook and poorly executed plan, but it did exist and they did attempt it, hence why they are in prison.

As for feds in the crowd. Again, me as just a mom knows that feds are at every protest. However unless you're 6 years old or just really stupid, no one should be able to convince you to attack a police line, assault a cop(most with various weapons they brought with them), or enter a restricted building that had to be breached by again, breaking the police line and breaking windows or doors to first gain access. Now when you consider these are the same people that screeched "Law and order!" And "Back the blue" for the past year prior, it's even more egregious that they could be "convinced" to commit a crime by a "fed". Kind of makes you think, if they're dumb enough to be so easily swayed, hmm... maybe the gaslighting Dear Leader started in May well before the election, that he would only lose because of "fraud", makes sense that it was widely accepted by Maga.

Who was arrested and wasn't there? The leader of the Oath Keepers who was using comms to make sure they followed the playbook they created? Someone else? Please provide links.

Oh. Okay thanks.

Guessing they planted the pipe bomb too.

Strange. They didn’t get stuck with that.

Oh and the police let those protestors in. Lemme guess, you didn’t see the video and/or that didn’t happen.

Odd.

Weird even.

Edit: one person was killed that day. You forgot that part. Oh, and the person egging the crowd on towards aggression, Ray Epps? Didn’t he get a media tour crying about how his life had been turned upside down.

Cry me a river.

Oh there were cops that let some in after the breach. I don't dispute that. Now me, myself, still couldn't convince me after seeing the assaults and destruction. I mean my first thought would be, "it's a set up, they're going to arrest my ass the minute I walk through that door." But anyway, you do know there were Maga supporting Capitol cops right? 30 investigated and/or suspended. One in jail after advising a rioter to destroy evidence.

And Ray Epps, fed or not. He was smart enough to not go into the building or assault a cop. Again, what dummy listens to some old guy and thinks, "yeah! I'm going to beat some cops and break into this building!" "Woo hoo!". "Cause this old dude said to!" 🤣

Okey-doke.

Now then. Why weren’t there more law enforcement there to quell any suspected unrest?

Could have sworn there was a request.

Oh that’s right. The Sergeant at Arms that was gonna testify is dead.

Weird.

Feds have a knack for entrapment.
Ask that Witmer lady from Michigan who was almost “kidnapped”.

There were like two people who had a pistol on them at that riot.
Surprised there wasn’t more.
The second amendment is a thing in America.

Guns in cars and hotel rooms is common too and doesn’t make an insurrection.

If it was an insurrection there would have been more dead people than just the one little unarmed lady, Ashli Babbitt.

It boils down to the ultimate authority of the DC guard. The President. He certainly could have called in over 5000 LEO from multiple states, with full riot gear and weapons, with air support. He did it just months before when no one said that was necessary. He also could have called in support instead of watching TV and ignoring the pleas of his WH counsel, his family, his friends who were in congress in the building and even Fox News hosts for over 90 minutes. Instead, he riled up the crowd further with his tweets about Pence knowing the building was breached already.

Kamala Harris is a retarded diversity hire who somehow coasted into the Vice Presidency.

They have no tricks. They're running the worst candidate since Mondale. This is just to clean the slate for 2028 hopefuls and cripple the more troublesome branches of the party who for some reason latched onto Kamala (pro-Gaza crowd, trans-fanatics, the squad, and so on).

Hillary Clinton was a better candidate than Kamala Harris. Say what you want about her but she was an intelligent and Machiavellian woman.

Again. No one can make you commit a crime. The law and order, back the blue, personal responsibility party sure turned a 180. I do not buy the "poor me, those words made me tase that officer 3 times while my buddy beat him with a flag pole."

Weak ass excuse.

Democrats are super angry and deflective now that Kamala got creeeemated in an interview today. She couldn't even answer some simple high issue questions. The situation of covert political operations just got extremely dangerous by a factor of 1000x. ☠️
