According to a transcript from Rev and video from a stream of the event from December 4 reviewed by Newsweek, he was asked the following after his speech: "Do you think the COVID vaccine should be mandatory?"
He rejected the notion and spoke of wanting to "encourage people to do the right thing," as opposed to mandates.
"No, I don't think it should be mandatory. I wouldn't demand it to be mandatory," he replied.
"But I would do everything in my power—just like I don't think masks have to be made mandatory nationwide—I'll do everything in my power as President of United States to encourage people to do the right thing and, when they do it, demonstrate that it matters."
Biden also announced that he asked the Department of Labor to issue an emergency rule requiring all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any unvaccinated workers to produce a negative Covid test at least once a week. The requirement could carry a $14,000 fine per violation and would affect two-thirds of the country's workforce, a senior administration official said.

If Harris becomes our next POTUS, her administrating will be a hybrid of progressive Democrats and never Trump conservatives. Liz Cheney will be our next Secretary of State, for sure!. There will other exiled Republicans in key positions too. It's gonna be more like GW Bush/Obama hybrid admin, imo.

Biden said he needs to be in the country when the potentially disastrous Hurricane Milton hits Florida later this week, shortly after he cancelled trips to Germany and Angola. But he added he is still “planning on visiting all the places I said I’d be and all the conferences I said I’d participate in.”

We will all win either way because Trump will continue making the funniest most out of touch statements on social media whether he is president or not.
If you think those are out of touch, then YOU might be the one out of touch.
