I dunno. The "message" sounds naive as hell.

If he uses tactical nukes, they'll go all-in on a conventional response, but it'll be conventional so Putin can't escalate? That's not how escalation works.

It actually sounds a lot like the high school level understanding of high politics the Obama and Biden people have had.
