Russian ambasador leaves the US

looks like things might go sideways fast, according to CP the Russian ambassador has left the US. This was the main sign to look for as the one in Israel has also been withdrawn to Moscow . The ambassadors are usually drawn from the upper echelon family's of the governing regime , and are usually withdrawn if their lives are likely to be endangered in the event of a war of other hostile situation. I would imagine that if this is the case then their American counterparts are saying their goodbyes in Moscow. This is from CP who is watching the situation develop thee mins. in.

Oct 6 (Reuters) - Russia's ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, is "concluding" his diplomatic mission, Russian agencies reported late on Saturday.
"Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Ivanovich Antonov is concluding his Washington assignment and heading to Moscow," Interfax agency cited a representative of the Foreign Ministry as saying.
The envoy will be returning to Moscow within hours, Vedomosti newspaper reported. There was no further detail provided.


It seems that Russia rotates it's ambassadors every few years.

Russia is not about to attack America , it's reported the 69 year old Ambassador has come to the end of his term and in times like these a replacement will almost certainly be sent to replace him.

Sounds like he's simply being recalled and will probably be replaced.

Well since the one from Israel has gone as well and Russia has told it's nationals to leave Israel a few days back, it would be prudent to fill the car up.
