Surely if other countries are 'sending' criminals, the USA could get rid of its criminals by 'sending' them over the border rather than trying to accommodate or rehabilitate them all.
The US should just deport all the repeat offender criminals, and not just ones from other countries.
I mean, why put up with 2 million of them, if you are going to get all upset over 10's of thousands?

To send criminals to another country, the recieving country has to be willing to take them.
That's the issue here - the US is willing to take them.

What evidence do you have that the USA is knowingly accepting another country's convicted prisoners, other than political prisoners? What kind of VISA is this?
