Olive oil meta study

I have known the benefits of Olive oil for decades, but no all-olive oils are equal, the best are from certain northern region of Italy.

Avoid US manufactured oils, the are a mix of oils from different regions and made under different processes.

I do not use any other oil but olive oil for everything.

you can cook your herb on low in it to extract the herb oil.
