Since the MO of the "staff" seems to answer as little as possible and be as non-transparent as possible by closing threads I had to make this one.

The Above Network no longer owns this site. It has been sold and thus the TnC's like any intact EULA from that entity is non binding.

While the staff still has the ability to ban (and unban to make it appear as accounts are still active) they do not have the ability to fix anything.

Haha, you got a point there. But at the same time they're keeping a semblance of order. But it seems that most the people that are left, as no one else can get in, and the only ones here are the ones that were able to do so between the great reset last year and when was it to about May this year? Not many people to cause a problem anymore. Most here already know the Ts&Cs and are well-behaved.
