I thought some flight enthusiasts may like this-I'm putting it in Skunk Works because of the Lockheed connection-
Here is a cool video of a Youtuber I have been watching lately on his mission to create a radio controlled Lockheed Martin NGAD type aircraft.
The design is really simple-it is only controlled via thrust vectoring, and only has throttle control-no flight management computer.
It takes off easy too-by being thrown into the air.
And it lands softly most of the time, like a floating leaf.
There are other vids on his channel which talk about the making and tweaking of the craft, but this is the one which shows the amazing flight
capabilities-check out those tight turns!
See it loop, and recover from crazy spins.
Look at the awesome manouvreability-
I imagine the Lockheed version has billions of dollars worth of computing-but this one has bypassed all that and it still flies like a bird.
