I'd be surprised if Israel didn't take full advantage of the situation they've created.

Hezbollah created this situation.
They attack Israel relentlessly.
They promise never to stop.
Therefore, Israel has responded with a self defense military maneuver.
A brilliant one.
Now Hezbollah and the useful idiots that support it are whining.
Tough luck.
Hezbollah created their own mess.

Hurting them where it hurts and messing up their comms at the same time. Back to the 12th century to them, which they apparently want for all of us.

Quite ingenious.

Hezbollah responded to the pager attack with a rocket launch now Israel would seem to have pulled the same trick on different devices , Hezbollah will no doubt respond to this latest attack giving Israel a prime opportunity to attack while Hezbollah's communications are down , I'd be surprised if Israel didn't take full advantage of the situation they've created.

Hezbollah actively being engaged by Israeli could draw a response from Iran , Egypt and possibly Turkey .... this is a dangerous escalation.

Israeli defence minister Yoav Galant says the country is "opening a new phase in the war"- and the "centre of gravity is shifting to the north through the diversion of resources and forces".
www.bbc.co.uk...

Israel on tour 24.

Again on 10/7 Israel didn't suggest that Hezbollah "stand down" it bluntly told them to NOT to fire rockets and missiles and since Israel has had an average of 47 rocket attacks a day.

No other country is expected to absorb these attacks at any time much less while engaged in war with another entity.

If Northern Ireland were firing 47 rockets a day into Lake District National Park since 10/7 would MI6 sit with thier thumbs up thier azzes?

Hezbollah are terrorists. they kill and hurt innocent people and destroy their property. zero sympathy for them.

Transpose "Israel" with "Hezbollah" and you would still be right.

If I took possession of your phone without you knowing for about thirty minutes, we could get it open in less than five minutes, apply the explosive compound to your battery,

You wouldn’t be able to put anything into a modern smart phone, there is absolutely no space for anything except perhaps one strand of your nose hair.

These pagers had to have enough space for an explosive, and no, this is not just a Li-Ion battery catching fire. This is a bona fide explosive.

Rest easy, internet, your cell phones are safe.
