One of the nation’s oldest civil rights organizations plans to seek federal legal action after Texas officials executed searches and seizures relating to alleged illegal ballot harvesting ahead of the 2024 election.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, announced that his office’s Election Integrity unit had executed searches in three South Texas counties last week as part of his ongoing probe.

Paxton said the unit had been working since 2022 to investigate fraud and ballot harvesting allegations, which led to enough evidence to obtain warrants.

No, it's not the "Hail Mary" option they will implement. It's the scorched earth/nuclear option that they will go with. Or, better said, are going with.

And it's not Biden. He's too senile to go to the toilet by himself. The whole lot of them are that corrupt. And it's not just the corrupt democrats. There have to be enough corrupt republicans on their team to let it happen.

Heard the other day a group is suing wisconsin because the group put forward, they could already check voter rolls with the real id information the state has already they could verify citizenship or permanent status. Wisconsin declined so they are now being sued.

It astonished me so many people are dead set against checking the voter rolls, I am not talking govt I am talking regular people.

If my elected rep came out against getting illegals and dead people off the rolls, I would help whoever ran against them.

it's well beyond obvious that Biden isn't running sh!t, but if he had any hint of scruples, he might have pushed back on some of this. He had to know the plan back when he still had some of his mind. So it's my belief that he's been given a free passs as long as it lasts, and all he can hope for is to not go to jail before he dies. this goes way deep, and as Yearight said "We get what we tolerate."

I wonder how much longer we will tolerate this, and more importantly, what it will look like when we have had enough.

Zuckerberg admits to being coerced into censoring information before the 2020 election and spending over four million dollars on Democrat campaigns (also coerced?) with half a million being spent in Wisconsin; I wonder how much of that was a bonus for a certain late night election worker.

Democrats are so EVIL, they're willing to let Americans die violent deaths at the hands of illegals (murdered, killed by drunk driving illegal, raped, etc.) in order to get enough ballots cast by illegal aliens, for Democrats.

Also, KAMALA is suing Georgia because the state will examine cast ballot samples before certifying the election for Kamala or Trump. You can tell where the cheating will occur, based on what makes Democrats the most belligerent.

Reading it this seems about The Texas 80th District. (Texas House of Representatives) AKA: The seat most likely to flip red in November. This group is active in voter resistration in this district. Which includes; Atascosa County, Dimmit County, Frio County, Uvalde County and Zavala County.

Authotities had "enough evidence" of LULAC registering illegals and ballot hording to validate this raid. They thought it was an effort to register illegals and stop the district from flipping. Showing the idea "Democrats rig elections" has reached every corner of the country and is in every level of politics.

They wanted to stop the district 80 steal it seems.

It may ultimately work against them in flipping the district. It could cascade to Latino voters that hear about this.

Because now they have to counter the reverse charges of "voter suppression," "voter intimidation," and "harassing elderly women."

This could just be a flimsy pretext to harass a group very active in registering new blue leaning voters in these counties.

It could be both law and order and intimidation.

As far as the general election goes it will have a greater effect the more Latino voters hear about this.

In early July, Latinos were only 44-38-18 in favor of Biden. Harris made that 56-34-10. This might widen the gap Harris already opened up. If the "voter suppression" matters more than the "ballot hording."

funny thing is, if you ask a LEAGAL immigrant about this, they agree, and don't like the idea of illegals voting, getting to say without putting in the work, and getting free stuff, while everyone else has to work. While the Biden/Harris open border policy has created a new voting block of "illegals" this would only be part of the plan. It is the newest and does seem to have a chance to make a significant impact. As Biden said himself the democrat communist party has the most extensive voter fraud apparatus ever seen. Recently, we have seen more the intelligence community working with the msm-the lawfare but as your OP has pointed out the way the illegal border crossers are being allowed to register to vote is appaulling. There are issues with the mail-in ballots too. I saw the other day where poll watchers are being asigned at a 1000 to one ratio in favor of the democrat party?

Texas removes 1 million ineligible voters from voter rolls — finds 30% of noncitizens previously cast ballots

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) announced Monday that since he signed Senate Bill 1 into law in 2021, the state has removed more than 1 million ineligible voters from its voter rolls.

SB 1 aimed to "uphold the integrity of elections in Texas" by establishing uniform voting hours across the state and banning drive-through voting and unsolicited applications for mail-in ballots.

Texas removed from its rolls people who are noncitizens, deceased, or those who had moved out of the state and were no longer residents, according to a press release from Abbott's office.

More than 6,500 of those removed from the voter rolls are noncitizens. Abbott's office claimed that 1,930 of those individuals — approximately 30% — had voted in previous elections.

"The Secretary of State's office is in the process of sending all 1,930 records to the Attorney General's Office for investigation and potential legal action," the press release read.

Over 6,000 of those removed from Texas' voter rolls had felony convictions, 457,000 were deceased, and 463,000 were on the suspense list.

The release noted that the removal process is still ongoing.

"Election integrity is essential to our democracy," Abbott declared.

"I have signed the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the right to vote and to crack down on illegal voting," Abbott stated. "These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including noncitizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state."

He continued, "The Secretary of State and county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement to review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters, and refer any potential illegal voting to the Attorney General's Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution.
