Do you know if this is the correct formula for burning tar?

a reply to: ByeByeAmericanPie

Do you mean the tar we are buying from Venezuela?

Just keeping it simple at this point, robbing Peter to pay Paul does not create jobs.

I don't think you are using that idiom in the right context.

The OP is about how the MSM is lying. How the MSM is reporting this revision as something that hasn't happened in 15 years when we can see it has happened under this administration to the tune of one million in one quarter, right after midterms. It sounds like you're trolling so just carry on. You have been ignoring the point drifting the conversation into the abyss. You are a troll.

No I mean burning tar while extracting oil from rocks. You may want to understand if the damage from doing that is worth the benefit.

Taxes and tariffs are a real life example of stealing from Peter to pay Paul.

Neither of us even knows why these estimates were lowered. We can’t accuse anybody of lying until we know what we are talking about.

Nothing you just mentioned has anything to do with the OP. Go troll somewhere else. The mods will probably erase your posts. This is not how you are suppose to interact in this forum, shamless troll.

I suggest you learn what you are talking about before starting a discussion.

Taxes send businesses overseas. Tariffs bring them back.

Pretty simple, really.

Trump’s tariffs resulted in retaliatory tariffs against American farmers.

Almost all the revenue collected from his tariffs went to subsidizing the farmers he hurt with them.

That’s what you call a lose-lose.

Furthermore the size of these tariffs never amounted to more than a needle in a haystack, when compared to the size of the economy.

This is not an example that shows how the president can drive jobs numbers.
