I've seen more Ferrari's around Saline/Ann Arbor than I thought I would along with a high number of manufacturer plates if you know what I mean. That's the nice thing about SE Michigan - you wanna see great cars, it's the place to be.

Fun fact; I was coming south from the cabin on US 23 and was driving my pristine 1992 Dodge Stealth twin turbo and a Ferrari gets on around 9 Mile and disappears in a heartbeat. When they're faster than me, I get impressed.

Wow your car is super fast. Around my area I see many M/F plates. Lots of the Zebra painted SUV’s. I love the race track there in Saline. My friend who is now flys for Delta we used to drive there in high school and race the 1/4 mile!

Ann Arbor is amazing too. I am in Oakland County!

Thank you for this!

My son works as a technician at a top Ferrari specialist here in the UK. He thinks nothing of working on an F40 one week, a 355 the next and Koenig the week after.
I had him changing head gaskets with me at 11 and taught him car basics. To say I am proud of him is an understatement.

We did the same, my parents wet to Europe for a month one summer. I was 14. I took her new BMW for a ride and ended up going 70 mph in a 25 zone and ended up in a lake.

I grew up in Michigan, many lakes near our house. The car floated for a few min and then sank. The police wrote me two tickets. My parents were pissed and I ended up doing 100 hours of community service.

I did learn my lesson. Lol

That's a great find, JJ. It's a 360 Spider, an older model produced between 2000-2005. The wheels aren't standard, but a 'racing' option from the 'Challenge Stradale' package, so it looked odd at first and that metallic azzurro colour is rare, but original.

What I've always liked about the spider is the sloping conical bodywork that is just behind each headrest. It reminds me very much of the Mach 5 in the Speed Racer TV Series that I grew up with and adored.
