I hadn't at the time I first posted. I did hear it live and that was my immediate thought. I did just listen to the link in your above post and yes I agree there is no lisp.

1. He wears a lapel mic. You will notice your newscaster wear 2 lapels....because they are notoriously fickle.

Then when you were asked to provide one, you got skeert, and lied saying there were plenty, but you weren't able to link any of them, folks had to look for themselves. (I wish you would have gone with the "go to" move and told everyone you weren't here to do their homework for them) Now you are claiming there is a lisp in the audio in the OP, a lisp that everyone hears, but has been explained as a compression artifact.
