What sucks is that between ann arbor and Detroit counties, even if all others go red, the state is lost.

Maybe Kent has enough now to make a difference.

Interesting, a Constitutional Republic has the ability to protect it's Democratic process long term, if followed.

Is it being properly followed in America currently?

I have come to the conclusion that America's Constitutional Republic would be better protected, if every county in America had 1 electoral vote to be cast for or against whatever political office is being decided, it would kill the mob rule for good. And be very hard to cheat if local county people certified each county vote count before submission to the grand totals.

Exactly . Government service was meant to be a literal " Service " to ones country. or as you better said a " SACRIFICE " .

It's not to pursue power or enrich yourself or do favors for rich donors once you get into office. It was a temporary service that anyone would be glad to walk away from after a term or two .

It's a hard Job with Hard Decisions that is supposed to stress the hell out of you if you're doing your Job right . No sane person should be able to be a Senator or Congressman for 50 years especially if they are ruling on behalf of the people and not themselves.

I am for your idea here. But some of them are awesome. I could see that Sen Kennedy of Louisiana being one guy I want asking questions to these gov oligarchs until his last breath. That guy is the smartest at using their words to make his points I have ever seen.

Well, I know for a fact we flipped Muskegon Red, before noon last election, and after midnight it was suddenly blue...

Odd, how now they find more votes than registered voters, and all democrats... things that make you go hmm.

I expect the same from the left again, if we can't get enough early votes to show majority before it's concealed.
