Judge abandons ship in the UK

I thought this was interesting as it seems to invalidate certain actions taken by UK Councils and for that matter many other entities who are in fact registered corporations , who are operating what is essentially a scam backed up by legaleeze to intimidate the unwary. In this case it was due to council tax being illegally enforced by courts with no jurisdiction as they are processed in neither a civil or criminal court , but in court rooms hired by the council to make it look like it is a legal jurisdiction. When a defendant decided to proceed with the court hearing a judge was finally assigned along with a case number he asked the judge if he was acting on his oath, the judge replied that he was...which was a bad mistake as the council in question was registered as a corporation in a foreign country and therefore out of his jurisdiction, which was in the USA. The judge obviously decided to end the case there and then and left the court .

This begs the question as many so called government entities are now registered as corporations that is busineses ,including police forces. Which if the laws of the land are followed as stated in the relevant statutes make their actual authority ,to put it mildly in question. this case was the result of the third try as the defendant was on a big learning curve to make sure that legally he was on solid ground .Which it appears he was.
