Ok. Let's talk about her "justice" record while she was DA. Anything to make her look "tough on crime" and then during the BLM and ANTIFA riots, she was telling people to contribute to a fund to bail them out..

The judge concluded that prosecutors working under Harris had failed to fulfill their constitutional duty to tell defense attorneys information about prosecution witnesses that might challenge their credibility. The failure of Harris’ prosecutors led to the dismissal of more than 600 drug cases.

I'm stating that the Harris campaign wants to play the 'morality' card ... and they can't. They can't point fingers at Trump saying he was a dirty cheat decades ago because Harris' own husband was a dirty cheat and even got the woman he cheated with pregnant. If they are going to point fingers at Trump for that, then they have to admit that Harris husband is an untrustworthy liar and cheat as well. But they won't do that,

Kamala didn't get cheated on. Her husband cheated on his FIRST wife, with the babysitter, and got her pregnant. This was decades ago. Trump cheated decades ago as well. The Harris campaign points it's fingers at Trump saying how he's immoral ... but Harris own husband did the same thing, and even worse, because he got the woman pregnant.

It's hypocrisy.

Is? Was if true, I don't know. But Trump was and according to one woman at least still, while married to his third wife who was pregnant at the time cheated on her.

Yet some want to hold Harris accountable for her husbands morality before they even met, a man who is not running for potus while at the same time find no fault with Trump who is. I just don't get the level of comparison.

To me, it's you who are playing the morality card here. The eye for an eye that you are asking me to accept here is totally imbalanced and something, I have been told at least, Jesus spoke against.

You both are missing the point. It's very simple ....

Kamala claims to have the moral high ground and that Trump is a cheat and a liar (which is true, he is). But Kamala can't be pointing fingers at Trump over that because her own husband did the same thing. It's called HYPOCRISY. If it's okay for her husband to have done that and moved past it, then it's okay for Trump to do the same thing.

Well, the woman in question has also stated, over and over, that she was pressured to sign that statement and now denies, over and over, that original denial. This current state of her denial of the denial coincides with the statements of the lawyer in question.

Though this is the current state of the statements you are right in thinking that indeed we do not know, simply because we were not there. We can, in an existential sense admit to ourselves that in reality we really dooon no nuttin yet when it comes down to it we also need to admit to ourselves that what we think we know is by and large our assessment of evidence on the broadest of scopes available in our struggle to grasp the true nature of reality from our own highly limited perspectives.

Me, I choose to believe the denial of the denial. It fits all to well with what I have come to recognize as the true nature of Donald J. Trump.

OK for Trump to HAVE done the same thing, yet he denies that it took place even in the face of the two major voices in this situation which were the woman in question and the operative lawyer in question who testified as to the truth of their statements in question.

Her husband has admitted his indiscretion while NOT being a person seeking a high public office while Trump has continued to deny his indiscretion in the face of his two major accusers, the woman and the lawyer who paid her illegally for Trump who IS running for high public office. But of course Trump CANNOT admit it because that would open him up to a verdict of fraud, perjury and a host of other charges and likely the loss of his election. So in this light the morality question is clearly on Trump and not the husband who has admitted his indiscretion and been forgiven by his current wife.
